To top it all off - this Condo has all the amenities you could ever ask for - Brand new furniture, carpet, tile, kitchen, bathrooms, washer and dryer - and most importantly not 1 but 2 balconies that overlook the bay and the pool. It gets even better this two level condo has master suite with the 2nd balcony that overlooks the bay and pool. Whoa!!!! What a deal!!!! This unit is one of the largest 3 bedroom and 3 full bath units at the beach - almost 2000 square feet of the most perfect vacation home there is. My friends and I stayed at Erika’s condo for a quick weekend getaway. It was absolutely wonderful. Erika provided helpful information prior to our arrival that allowed us to have a smooth check in and know what to bring for our stay. The place was even better than the pictures and the location was so convenient to everything! The beach, restaurants and boardwalk are all either walkable or quick drive down the Main Street. I would absolutely stay there again if I find myself in the area.

Great location and very spacious. This was a family vacation with 3 adults , 2 teenage girls , 7 and 8yr old so the 3 bathrooms were great! Short walk across the street to the ocean which was nice and not as busy as down by the boardwalk. The bus stop is right outside and not too far of a ride too the boardwalk. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is I felt the bathtubs were dirty and the shower curtain was way too long. And don't forget bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper, paper towels. We didn't get the check in email til we were already there and in it it had said about needing to bring them.

Great spot, very close to beach and bay! Was nice to have a pool as well. Place was clean and ready for check-in. Whole family enjoyed the week.

Although the place was nice, it wasn’t cleaned before we got there. There was hair on the bathroom floor. There was a chair in the living room that was so filthy that we had to put a blanket over it.

This is a perfect location for all the great spots! Everything is within walking distance! The house had plenty of space and was very clean!

This place is very spacious and in the most perfect location. You are so close to everything which makes trips to the beach easy and nights on the town fun. It’s a lovely place I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful trip with perfect weather. Location is very convenient to going to beach.

Place was not very clean when arriving, multiple lights out, closet door was broken, curtain rods broken or bent, power outlets were not secure and could be pulled out, water damage on ceilings, shower bar was broke, water pressure was terrible, no toaster, screen door ripped so couldn't use it, dishes were dirty, decor very blah wasn't beach at all, none of the light switches would work, had to turn on lights manually, kitchen cabinet doors were broken, light bulb out in stove and under microware... elevator had issue, pictures on website were very deceiving... will not be coming back

A group of friends and myself stayed at this property this past weekend. The condo was in a great location with many restaurants and activities nearby and very close to the beach. We did have a plumbing issue but we were able to get it fixed quickly so we appreciate Nicole’s quick response. All in all definitely recommend this condo!
