Everything was good. It was really comfortable and the view is amazing
The only thing we found was a stain in the sofa bed blanket but besides that everything was great

The location, distance to water and boardwalk, spacious rooms, cleanliness.
Sheets kept coming out of the beds they were not fitting properly. The pillows were not very comfortable. The pool was not clean and small. The worst part was the kitchenware. There were not enough pots and pans and all of them were badly scratched. It’s a known fact that scratched nonstick pans and pots should not be used due to heavy metals leaking into food and yet they were in bad shape.

The big issue I had: When I checked it out last year, the website said that boats weren’t allowed to dock. To be truthful, I don’t know what it says now. This time , both an approximately 20ft boat and a jet ski were docked for 2-3 days. The owners worked on their boats. The jet ski owner poured from a 10 gallon gas can twice. If I had small children , I wouldn’t have let them play on the dock or in the water because of fuel leaks and because of the motor on the boat. The use of the dock for swimming, fishing and crabbing by families and the use of the dock by boats and jet skis are incompatible. I was disappointed. The Bay Club definitely lost its “family friendly” feeling because of the boat and jet ski.
Also:
The provided dishwasher soap and laundry soap was too small - 1 load only. For the almost 3 thousand dollars that I spent, this seemed a bit cheap on the part of Bay Club.
