Parking was easy. Our room was clean. I requested extra pillows with my booking. I had extra pillows nicely put on the bed. Bed was comfortable and kids said pull out sofa bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Everything was so clean. Really enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. They always had towels stocked in the pool area.
We left too early the next morning to get breakfast. But I’m hoping our next stay we get to try breakfast.
Can’t list anything.

Clean rooms,friendly helpful staff,great location,we can bring our dog with us since the hotel is pet friendly…
We have stayed here several other times over the years & will be back again soon.
I honestly wish the hotel would just require a refundable pet fee instead of a nightly fee for pets.Our dog is well behaved & clean.We always keep the room neat & tidy,and our dog never damages anything.If you have an extended stay,the pet fee adds up.
However,we are grateful we are able to take our pup with us on vacation.

The bed was good.
There was no hand wash in room 429, no tooth paste in both 427 and 429. The intercom phone in 429 was disfunctional. And the shower in 427 was not working well. The day we were supposed to check out, cleaning people walked into the room 429 around 10 am without checking with us if we checked out or not and started cleaning. When I went in they told me that they were told from the lobby that this room was ready for cleaning. I told them that we didnt check out yet. They reluctently got out. It was an unpleasant experience.Note: Check out time was 11 am.
We went to the vista roof for something sweet on the 12th. They charged us $17 for a regular slice of chocolate cake. Is that normal? I felt that they robbed us. The price was not written anywhere when it was ordered.
