It was on the main highway close to a lot of convenient places! Good & plentiful parking, 1 street back from the beach access making it extremely easy to get to the beach daily! Also great all day coffee, and the grab and go breakfast was great!
The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable, unfortunately this is something that would make me not return. My husband & I were aching the entire trip due to how hard the beds were!! The room was clean enough, couple things could have been cleaner but it wasn’t too bad!

Location was close to a friend having an annual huge party so thats why I stayed here.
Only thing was had some hairs on my towels that was my only complaint I let the font desk know. Id stay there again tho everything else was good on a 1 nite stay

The location to the beach was great. It is an older hotel, which we knew and dated but was still relatively clean. We asked for more towels and they were out of them. I called later and within an hour, we did receive them. The staff was all young adults, I never really saw a manager or adult. But they all were nice.
The problem being that apparently they rent to younger teens or "adults" so it definintely was a "party" location for a holiday weekend. It was very noisy and rowdy. We are a family with older kids, so it didn't bother us that much. If I was a family with younger kids, I wouldn't stay here - it's also not close to the amusement rides either. Also, apparently there was a "TikTok" meet up at 120th, which is the corner where the hotel is located. Over 500 kids congregating on the beach - again, they were fine not a problem, just foul language, people with younger kids wouldn't appreciate. At night, it was chaos with police presence and arrests. Don't stay here with young kids or during a holiday weekend.
