Close to the beach, parking, size of room
“Pet friendly” but the patch of grass (2 ft x 1ft) was the only place to let them to go to the bathroom and the sidewalk around it was covered in glass and area had cigarette buds everywhere
The building was falling apart and it wasn’t very clean

The location was perfect with plenty of parking even for oc bike weekend. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Hotel had elevators with cart for your luggage to take up to rooms. The rooms were very spacious clean . It had plenty of mirrors to get ready.

Hot water came fast.
Check-in took for over 30 minutes and no proper communication was made amid the waiting period.
The bathroom is super small.
