It felt safe. You had to go through a couple of buzzers to get to the room.
Pretty quiet. We only heard some young adults arrive. Then quiet until the next morning.
It was clean in general.
Although there was a little bit of mold in the shower wall due to condensation I really enjoyed the temperature and pressure of the shower. Towels were provided. There was a window in the room and another one in the bathroom for fresh air.
Bathroom felt heated and the bed next to the heater also felt cozy.
You need to bring cash for tourist tax.(About 4 euro pp)
Staff were good and made an effort to communicate with us.
There was no soap at all(hands/body) or shampoo either. You need to bring your own.
They put towels and pillows for 3 people for a group of 4, but responded promptly when we requested the 4th ones.
Beds/bedding looked clean and mattress was comfortable.
There was only one blanket.
If you need to spend one or 2 nights in Milan ,this works just fine.
We took the metro M3 in San Donato, got off @lodi tibb and then bus 91. The hotel is very near Piazza Emilia.
Hotel is well connected to public transportation.

This location was outside of the "tourist" area of Milan which myself and my son appreciated and there was a local pizza place called Capricci which was amazing!
The free aircon was an absolute bonus and made the stay a lot more comfortable.
Directions to the actual hotel could be better, it is sign posted outside but is within a building which includes peoples apartments, unfortunately there was alot of building work going on within the building which made it more difficult to find the hotel entrance, slight issues with a broken toilet seat lid but did not cause real issues.

No thrills hotel. Gets the job done. Good for a single night or two. Beds are fine, shower was the highlight, excellent pressure and temperature. Shower size was reasonable given the size of the room.
AC wasn't working, wifi in the rooms was not working.
