Location is exceptional, truly in the middle of everything. Literally everything you need for a pleasant stay is within 1000 feet of the front door. Unfortunately, this location also comes with a lot of street activity so it can be a bit noisy from early until late. Pictures are accurate, facilities are a bit "gently used" but the location is the star of the show. There are a lot of steps up to the second floor apartment - 37 to be exact - but this is manageable. Staff at Indigo Flats is highly responsive to emails and answers quickly both before arrival and during the stay. We would come back!
Be aware of noise! The street noise is constant. And if your upstairs neighbor has heavy feet, you'll hear them. Lots of steps.

Nothing. It was extremely warm i London, and the same where the flat, but that is not a quick fix.
