William is such a great host! He's very responsive and helpful. He offers a very delicious breakfast and provides information on local attractions and transport. I really liked the location of the hostel which is across the bridge, so I was away from the crowds. Across the hostel was a man who sold fresh sugar cane juice which made me so happy, because I absolutely love it. I ended up staying an extra night because I didn't want to leave for Medellin. I left the day of the earthquake and William was so professional and responded to the situation so well-- we had arranged to have him drive me back and he did without hesitation. I've worked in F&B and tourism in southeast Asia, and I am so grateful for my experience at his hostel.

La ubicación del lugar es muy buena, tiene una linda vista, el personal es muy amable
No es tan confortable como describen, Habían demasiados zancudos nos tocó solicitar ayuda para tapar las ventanas, la cama no es tan cómoda, por el mismo precio en la zona se consiguen lugares muy lindos.
