The views and the location. It was also comfy
Having to provide credit a card details and id, even though we had pad in full.
Kitchen was functional but extremely dated
No wifi and no dishwasher, which is crazy for the price you pay
Cooker hood extractor extremely greasy and lights did not work - turns out there is an issue as new builds just blew.
Driveway is very steep and you need to reverse in.
Lack of any decoration over Xmas

The views and comfort was great.
We loved our stay.
Bringing our own linen is a hassle considering we had a young one who requires so much luggage and then to try and pack for a winter weekend with linen is a tight squeeze. Also the tv is very dated, we understand that the view is the main reason we were there but a smart tv would be great.
The last point is a dishwasher, when going away for the weekend we don't feel that having to hand wash our dishes is ideal.

The view was magnificent! Kitchen well equipped and overall very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfy and was cozy with the heaters. Lovely and close to the beach and clubs etc.
The driveway was very difficult to reverse out of. Perhaps guests should be advised to reverse down as that made it much easier to drive out. Hand rail should extend to bottom of internal stairs for elderly visitors.
