The owner is a bilingual US expat who has resided in the city for nine years and is on call 24 hours a day to make your stay very special. The apartment is located in the award winning condominium community Puerta Alameda. The complex has door men and security 24/7. PRIME LOCATION: The condo is within walking distance, visitors will find the Paseo de la Reforma, Parque Alameda and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Zocalo, the Ciudadela Crafts Market, and several major museums and attractions.There are three subway lines which are about a stone’s throw away. The complex is only a 15 minute taxi ride to the Castillo de Chapultepec, the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF ANTHROPOLOGY and few other museums in Parque Chapultepec. PERSONALIZAED SERVICE Our personalized service starts the moment that you arrive with airport pickup offer for a reasonable fee. Once you checked in at the condo, you will be offered our guest a tour of the condo complex facilities along with pointing out restaurants and grocery stores, pharmacies and such. Flexible check-in/checkout hours are offered whenever possible. A private car service with our highly recommend bilingual driver is available upon request at very reasonable rates. COMFORT / AMENITIES: The unit is furnished with pillowtop mattresses, high thread-count sheets, quality towels, drinking water, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, 2 televisions and air conditioning in each bedroom. The unit also has a full-size washer and full-size dryer. High-speed WiFi is provided in the apartment. The apartment has a 30-foot long balcony with 180-degree views of sites east, south and west of the city. CLIMATE CONTROL – The apartment has Low-E floor to ceiling windows which work to keep the apartment cool during the day. There is an air conditioner unit in booth bedrooms which keeps the apartment cool on the hottest day. The weather in Mexico is generally mild. However, during the rainy season (May-August), the city can become humid (muggy). Because of the relatively mild climate and the high cost of electricity, it is extremely rare to find a vacation rental unit with climate control. Very secure location. Bruce was very accommodating when we had an issue with the washing machine flooding the floor. He was at our door in minutes after texting him the problem. Loved the nighttime view from the balcony!

Weekend in the city
The team at this property were great. Communication was on point from the very beginning and even offered airport pick up. Great area to stay, close to great restaurant, Alameda Park and Bella’s Artes. Will stay again here.

Overall excellent - especially Bruce and his staff! Location and access to the Alameda was very convenient - only problem we had was with the hotel across the street - two nights of roof top parties - very loud and lasted till we’ll past 2am. Aside from that - would recommend!

Great spot for a Mexico City visit
Service was great, location was ideal, modern apartment with terrace and great window exposure. Apartment was very clean and well furnished, but the real top off was the location. Numerous restaurants on the entrance street and two to three blocks from a magnificent park and the beautiful Palacio de los Artes. On that same avenue are several get on get off tour buses and we followed our usual pattern, the first day we stayed on for all the stops and the second day got on and off at places we wanted. Costs are really low in Mexico and if visiting Mexico City this is the place to stay.

Fantastic service, secure, great location. Don't pass this place up. Teatro Bellass Artistas ballet is walking distance away. Ballet was awesome.

The staff was super helpful, and attentive. They corrected any issues promptly. They were VERY friendly and understanding. The help us with directions to any thing we asked, if not they found out and got us an answer very quickly.
The property was well maintained, and very clean. We will definatly stay there when we go back to Mexico City.

Perfect México City location
Mexico City has so much to offer for travelers. It was easy to get to, inexpensive and safe. I had many reservations about this trip but loved this city. The condo is safe with the added security of a doorman. The condo location was perfect for exploring the city. We used the Metro, bus, Uber and walked. The traffic was often our guide to which mode of transportation we used. We were very pleased with our rental experience. Patty and Ricardo were our main contacts. She was there to get us checked in after we arrived. Our plane was delayed 3 hours due to snow and a missed connection. Ricardo helped with organizing airport transfers. I used WhatsApp to communicate our delays and everyone was there to take care of us. We arranged airport transportation through the rental and were very pleased with our transfers. Patty borrowed us her Metro/bus card. We just loaded the card and used it. The card can be used for two people by tapping and handing off to your travel partner. If your not a mass transit person Uber rides from this location were very cheap and removed the language barrier and money issues of taxis. If you are a swimmer bring a cap and goggles. Patty offered to bring me these items but I honestly didn’t have time to swim.
We did not have issues with A/C or noise except one night we heard a party but I travel with ear plugs and only used them that one time. We loved sitting out on the patio taking in the view of the city. I read a isolated poor review days before leaving for this trip which made me nervous but I am happy to report we were completely satisfied with the rental.
Finally, day trips with Ricardo Ramirez! This is not how we usually travel but I highly recommend any of his guided tours. We did two day trips. I want to go back to Mexico City for a few more of his tours. This rental was perfect for our first trip to Mexico City. Gracias

Not the place for me! Could not sleep well
First the positive:

4. Alfredo and his team, will do everything in their power to help.
Negatives:
The AC is inadequate, and as a result, we were sweltering for three days, and unable to sleep well.
The bathroom fittings were old and tatty.

Nice condo conveniently located in historic center
We enjoyed the condo very much. It was conveniently located in the historical center within walking distance to the Templo Mayor, Palacio National and other historical landmarks. It is also close to two Metro stations which we used to explore the city. The pool in the building is nice. It also has a cafe which was convenient as well. The residents in the building were friendly and seemed willing to help even if you do not know much Spanish. We mostly interacted with Cesar, who was very friendly and helpful. He quickly responded to texts and was always willing to help. We took two tours with Ricardo, which were both fantastic. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the area and an interesting person to chat with generally about politics, philosophy, etc. We loved Mexico City and would definitely come back.

Angelica and Cesar were amazingly attentive and respectful. They made sure you were happy. They have contagious attitude when they see you. I will definitely come back to this place. The property is very nice and very well located.
We had a very enjoyable time in Mexico City and Bruce's property was very nice and met our needs (two couples) very well. The bedrooms were tiny, as expected, but the apartment is located a block from Alameda Park, with lots of small restaurants and other attractions nearby. The central historical district was about a 10-15 minute walk, which was quite nice along a pedestrian-only street (for a portion of the stroll). The highlight of our trip was the tour conducted by Ricardo Ramirez to the pyramids outside of the city, to La Gruta (a cave near the pyramids that has been a restaurant since 1906 and where we had our best meal of our entire trip) and then to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Ricardo was an excellent guide!!! No other adjectives can describe his enthusiasm for what he does and the depth of his knowledge. His price was very reasonable and my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone traveling to Mexico City arrange a tour with him via Bruce. All-in-all, a great experience.

We were very pleased with all the amenities. It was fully equipped including a washer and dryer. There was plenty of seating for eating and for watching TV. And it offered a great view. The apartment was close to everything. Restaurants. Shopping and sites, all within walking distance. We especially liked the the fact that they were there to meet us at the airport. Ricardo was very helpful and informative. We most definitely would recommend it to our friends. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a GREAT experience and an awesome vacation at Mexico City. We stayed at Bruce's place for 7 nights and I highly recommend this place. The building was clean, safe, and the location is very convenient to everything. My kids, my husband, and I loved this place. It was our first time visiting Mexico City and there are just too many things to do that we didn't get to do everything we wanted to do but we definitely want to go back again and we'll definitely stay at Bruce's place again. My kids got to enjoy the pool every night and we felt 100% safe in the building. This place was definitely beyond our expectations.

I very recommended this apartment for people who go to Mexico DF for work or adventure, it is in heart of the city, everything is around and closer: good restaurants, theaters, museums, markets and the metro; Juarez station is 4 blocks from the apartment. The area is secure we did not have any incident and we felt secure, save and comfortable.
Bruce, is an excellent owner, the services that he provide are first class, we are very happy for our experience and he really complain our expectations. Thank you.

We stayed at Bruce's place for 7 nights. This place is clean, comfortable, safe and very convenient to everything. This is so much better and cheaper than staying in a hotel.The building's amenities were very good but we didn't get a chance to use them. There are just too many things to do in MC. We would love to come back and I would recommend Bruce's properties to my friends. His customer service is excellent.
I brought 2 19 yr. olds and a 21 yr. old college girls.I never felt uncomfortable walking with them everywhere. There are 2 metro stations close by, riding the metro is easy and cheap. Just try to avoid them on rush hour or have a game plan in case you get separated. We bought food from Gloria, Ricon and the bakeries across the street (Independencia Blvd). We find that the cheapest water is from the Bodega on Juarez. Skip the small bottled water, you save so much buying the 10L ones. We cautiously tried as much of the food like Al pastor,suadero,pozzole, the churros and hot chocolate at El Morro. We miss them!
Bruce recommended Ricardo for day trips. He's very good and he speaks English. I would also recommend him. He is full of information. If there are 4 of you, let Ricardo drive you rather than use Turibus.
There are so many museums to visit and we only had a chance to see 3. The one for popular arts is just a building away. We enjoyed that. Watch the Ballet Folklorico, pay for the cheapest -300 pesos. Right before curtain time, if its not sold out you could be asked to move closer for just a few more pesos.
Museums are free on Sundays (wish we have that in Houston) and you might be discouraged from going because it will be crowded. However, we didn't mind the crowd. It was a fun time to people watch, lots of vendors, lots of yummy food to smell and maybe try. We found the people to be very friendly, warm and patient. Trying to speak a few words of Spanish makes a big difference. We know that this is a place we would visit again!

The room is clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Not only did it include fast wifi and TV with numerous English and Spanish channels, Bruce also provided a cell phone for our stay! The condo building has a nice gym and a lap pool and is located in the downtown area near several restaurants. It is also within walking distance of a good shopping district. We did find the master bed very firm but I'm sure this may be a positive for several travelers. The second bed is less firm for those who appreciate a softer sleep. Overall we give this condo a strong review and recommendation!
