Nestled in Birch Bay, this lovely condo for $158 per night is a great option for your next break. If you have never been to Birch Bay, it is time to see why this hidden gem of a town has been a repeat destination for so many. Jacobs Landing Condominiums has been a hot spot for so many years with its location, amenities and excellent views. This recently remodeled condo has unobstructed waterfront views and is south facing, so lots of afternoon sun until the beautiful sunset. One of only a few true 2 bed 2 bath condos, The master has a queen size bed and private bathroom with a stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom is capable of sleeping up to 5 with a double over double bunk with trundle. Gas BBQ, patio furniture, wood burning stove and washer and dryer will make your stay comfortable and convenient any time of year. Guests have use of the clubhouse with indoor pool/jacuzzi, game room, racquetball, and tennis. Common activities close by include, clam digging, crabbing, beach combing, walking, running, bike riding and water sports (rental shops nearby.) Conveniently located 60 minutes south of Vancouver BC and 90 minutes north of Seattle.

We were very happy with the suite. It was clean and very nicely decorated. It was stocked with extra blankets and pillows, as well as all the cooking utensils and toiletries we needed for the week-long stay. In-suite laundry was great as well as the dishwasher and bbq. Parking was right next to the place and everything was easy to manage and access. Ryan was an excellent host, he answered many questions (and texts), and everything went smoothly. We will be back again the next time we are in Birch Bay!

Ryan’s place was great! We have stayed in Birch Bay for years and several times in Jacobs Landing. He has done a beautiful job updating it. The home was clean and stocked with anything one may need for cooking or perhaps something you may have forgot to bring. The views off the deck were stunning. Nothing like a Birch Bay sunset. Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to be back again!

This condo is is great location. The condo was spotlessly clean, neat, and well supplied. Ryan, the owner was responsive and cooperative in every way. The only caution is the number of stairs in and out. Senior renters should be aware. Great stay!

Condo was just as described and more. Everything was available and right across the street from the main bay. VERY easy walking to restaurants and market. I am from the area, was visiting family and I will not hesitate to book here in the future.

Kitchen and linens very well outfitted. Ryan responds quickly and is most helpful. Deck has great view of Birch Bay without being too close to street. A bit awkward floor plan - flight of stairs to main bed w tiny 3/4 bath. Larger bath on main floor

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The views of Birch Bay were breathtaking. Just walk out the door and you're a few steps away from the beach. It's in a condo complex, but the neighbors were incredibly quiet. Will definitely return!

A nice condo right across the street from the beach. The condo had all the amenties need to enjoy our stay. Including butter and mayo, which I had forgotten to buy at the store!! The deck had a view of the water but the sunset happened just out of view. We walked down to the beach to see. There isn’t air conditioning so the upstairs got really hot. We managed with the fans but it was hot. Overall a nice stay

Relaxation at its finest

We loved the condo's relaxing atmosphere. It was clean, cozy and had a great view of the bay. We stayed here with 2 children and 4 adults and everyone had a comfy bed to sleep in after a day of fun. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, just bring the food! We used the tennis courts and clubhouse and that was an added bonus. Birch Bay is a great place to "get away from the city" and spend quality time with your loved ones. Thank you Ryan for maintaining a wonderful condo!
