Terrible experience, less comfortable received and poor room management and clean ness.

Only the location was perfect. The hotel is right at the city center.

The rooms did not have towels. The bedding is not the same with the ones advertised online, colour is lost. The fridge is rusted. The tv was bad, no DStv. It was like watching TV in 80s. The rooms were untied and dirty. The comfort is not presented. What's advertised online is completely different than what is present on arrival. Terrible experience. Pillows were old and less comfortable. And dirty too. We had to ask for towels three times and were not delivered to us.

The service and welcome was from the staff was excellent and the room was clean as I had expected.

There was no breakfast included from the Hotel in which I was aware of but at least there were shops near by to buy what ever food you wish to buy in which it was a tick for me.

There lighting was dark because the window view was very closed to the building or Hotel next door, plus there was a urinal smell that was coming some how from the pipe line of the Hotel for some how.

We did not enjoy our stay, what you se on the picture is not what you get.

The needs maintenance aloe of the furniture was broken did not get hot water during the night only had it in the morning.

Worst night ever

The noise spoiled my night, I had to go to the reception twice and ask them to monitor the noise around 23:20, I did not get enough sleep

The bahaviour of other guests was a turn off

It was dirty even on the passages to the sitting room The room had hairs The shower was very filthy i even reported to the staff one came only to take photos Nothing was done Up until i go down to inquire again because i couldn’t take a shower. They showed me another room which was not cleaned again mxm

False advertising,no free shuttle as advertised. Had to pay a key deposit,or they refuse to give key to your room. Wifi was cut off after the first night's visit. Airconditioning does not work,had to fix broken toilet myself. The blanket on the bed was extremely dirty,as well as the chair in the room. No coffee or kettle available in rooms,not even a glass for water. Noisy,people going up and down stairs until late at night and talking extremely loudly. Would give a 0 rating if I could

What is on the website site is not what you get. No WiFi, dirty rooms, cockroaches, you have to beg for everything (towels, soap, wifi etc) they have no customer service whatsoever... they don't even have an ironing board and can't even assist even when you offer to pay for the service. They asked me to walk to the hotel next door to iron. The staff are very unbothered.. TV had only one damn channel showing some shows in one of the south african languages suffice to say, if you don't know the language, forget about TV (and given the WiFi was unstable in the rooms, you can't access anything on your phone/laptops as well) I also didn't like the fact that the site says I can pay upon arrival but they decided to deduct money from my card eve before I arrived. Anyway I counted it as a loss and switched hotels after the 2nd day. Southafrica is generally having loadshedding, so for the 2 nights at this hotel, power was cut off at 10pm. Unfortunately the hotel has no generators.

I was not impressed with the service.

That the aircorn was working and nothing was stolen.

The rooms were not clean enough, there were cockroachs everywhere, people smoking next to my door, staff making noises on the hallway. I need to go to the reception everytime in need towels from the 2nd floor with stairs since they don't have lifts.

I was given a smelly room with mold and there was no microwave. I booked two rooms and the rooms they gave me were far from each other. I got the towels the next day for the other room.

Best experience with Tudor House Hotel

The reception, parking for my motorbike, blankets and a fascinating door locking system.

What I perceive there was something i wasn't expect it through the pics ... No microwave, No Personal iron, no coffee or tea available in the room.. Nah I did expect such service I'm so disappointed plz up ur game guys coz as client we want what is gud for our money.

Fair stay but hotel can improve

Privacy and the fact that I’ve booked for my parents who are elderly so there was no noise

Found the place not ready when I checked in it was still being cleaned ,bedding dirty and was told to warm up food at the next door hotel as they had no microwave
