The room
Water wasn't coming right at the shower, some of the shower holes are blocked which makes water to be painful. TV kept losing the signal. There were kids also that were booked at a Hotel and kept making noise in the corridors... Another thing up there on the Aircon there's dust which makes it difficult to open the aircon coz the dust will lead to one having the sinus. The bathroom light alao wasn't coming on

Cleanliness and lovely staff
The fact that rooms didn’t have a microwave, I had to go to the lobby for it and the fridge wasn’t clean.
