Amazing property, beautifully maintained and very well cared for!
The restaurant requires more attention, mainly staff training.

Loved everything about our stay. Beautiful Masseria. Staff were amazing! Cooling class was so much fun. Food was superb!
Nothing at all!

Beautiful grounds surrounded by extensive vineyards, comfortable rooms, and lovely, helpful restaurant staff.
The biggest opportunity for this property is to invest in staff training and stronger day-to-day management. Our check-in was somewhat confusing, as the description of our room was misleading. We also flagged a broken curtain in our room, which we were told would be fixed the following day. We had no issue with this, but unfortunately, when it became clear that it couldn’t be repaired as planned, no one proactively updated us and I had to follow up myself.
The lake is a great feature and has a lot of potential, but the infrastructure around it currently looks somewhat unkempt. After a heavy rain, the sunbed mattresses were left outside, and there were empty wine glasses around the pool that remained there throughout our stay without being cleared.
Overall, this is a property with beautiful surroundings and a lot of potential. With some investment in staff training, attention to detail and better day-to-day management, it could be a truly exceptional place.

This is a very beautiful place and our room was lovely. The bio pool was also lovely.
Unfortunately in late October everything nearby is completely closed so we couldn't get any food locally at all. The facilities only provide a restaurant which is nice but expensive. Breakfast is provided and was ok.
The staff were nice, I would never criticise staff- I feel it is the owners who are responsible for how a place feels, and I am not sure who the owners are and if they are present there or not. It lacked a personal touch. We left 2 nights early. Wouldn't recommend this place in October for a stay longer than 1 or 2 nights unless you are happy to drive to different locations for food and have researched if anywhere within a 45 minute drive will actually be open.
