Situated in Moab, this attractive house for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-level townhome has great views of both the Moab Rim and Gold Bar Rim and is only a couple minute walk to the central downtown area. The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside. The living area has an open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group! Cozy up by the fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening on the fully fenced back yard. Enjoy the towering trees and watch the birds in the open space behind the home. The wood firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities or toast some smores! There is a walking path at the end of the sidewalk that follows Millcreek and is a lovely place to walk the dogs or enjoy a shady stroll. The bmx track is also at the end of the street. Test your skills on the hills! The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a large attached bathroom. The patio doors off the bedroom open up to the back patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. There are two rollaway beds available for extra (light) guests. A protected courtyard with a grill plus multiple other outdoor seating areas and a private fenced back yard makes this home perfect for family and friend gatherings! Plenty of games and guide books are also provided and there's a ping pong table located in the garage. Enjoy a refreshing soak in the indoor community pool just steps from the house. This home was fantastic. It is centrally located and everything is a short walk or bike ride. The home is very comfortable with nice views of the red rocks. The outdoor space was a bonus with a fire pit and seating. The patio was a great place to hang out after the day's activities. The unit was very clean and had everything you could need. VRC as always was a pleasure to work with. Great communication and great pricing.

Perfect location, clean, checkin and checkout very easy. Loved the fire pit. A very fun addition to our stay and one of the qualities that made this the place for us.
A little more detail on bed types not just pictures would have been helpful. And the full size bed could be changed out. Sags in the middle big time. Had trouble with the code on the front door. Door connected to garage easy entry with code.

The property was well-equipted, clean, and as described. Its location is great: a rather easy walk to most restaurants and drive/bike to Arches.
It was well-furnished and well-laid out.
The "access to pool" mentioned is actually year-round access to an indoors heated pool.

Condo was nicely appointed with amenities (Aveda soaps) and nicely furnished. Short stay and did not use complex pool. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Location to town and nature trails/parks was great.

Nice size condo with three bedrooms and two baths in good shape close to center of town, within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores. Cute fenced backyard with seating and a fire pit, which we didn't get a chance to use. Dog friendly yet nicer than many places that allow pets. Garage and plenty of parking for several vehicles if you need it.

Clean, spacious, and an especially great layout if a master bedroom with an ensuite is desired to get away from the fray; the fenced yard made it a great location for our small doggo as well. Nice neighborhood and close proximity to town, and the ping pong table is a fun addition in the garage. The HOA indoor pool was large and okay for our two grandkids, but too chilly for the adults. The kitchen was very well-appointed and had TWO coffeepots, it only wanted a teakettle to be rated as absolutely perfect.

Also, I accidentally left my Apple charger and cord behind and did call the management company to ask if it was found as I knew right where I left it plugged in but never heard anything more. That was my fault for leaving it behind, however, and absolutely no reflection on the quality or cleanliness of the home. We will absolutely stay here again when visiting Moab!

This property was perfect for a jumping off spot to enjoy all Moab has to offer. The dogs loved the fenced yard. The yard also offered patches of shade to get out of the sun for a bit. The place is very nice and very well equipped. We will be back.

This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the fenced in backyard was great for hanging out. They even left wood out for the fire pit but we didn’t get a chance to use it. There’s a ping pong table in the garage too. This place is top notch.

Moab getaway
When we arrived, the property had dead and live bugs in the window sills, the sheets on the bed were wet, there was no coffee, and the floors had not been cleaned. I texted the property manager and she sent a cleaning crew the next morning, and they corrected all these issues. After these initial problems were resolved, we had a lovely stay in this property. Really appreciated how responsive Gloryann was to our concerns.

This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. The place was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the fenced in backyard was great for hanging out. They even left wood out for the fire pit but we didn’t get a chance to use it. The house was great for us. Three bedrooms two baths were great as we had company twice. Our soninlaw and daughter came to visit. First two weeks we beat the crowds when spring break hit the population tripled!

Everything and More
Couldn’t have picked a better location for this wonderful property. A short walk to great restaurants, shopping and downtown. A trail system close behind and easy access to all the parks. We loved the decorations, photos and fully equipped kitchen. Property management was in close contact to make sure we were set. Wouldn’t change a thing. And when we come back, we will be staying right here again! Thank you!!!!!

We were happy with our stay here. Very clean and spacious place. Great location, you can walk to the main street in minutes and there is a nature trial that loops around back to the unit as well.

Upon arrival, the house was not clean. We asked to check in early but were told no due to the maids still cleaning. We waited until our check in time arrived in the floors were filthy. The trash was also overflowing. We contacted the property manager and she sent the ladies over to clean it again. The property manager also took the trash in her own vehicle to be disposed of elsewhere. They were very nice and did a good job. The AC was not working properlyAnd the property manager was notified. They said that it was on the list of things for the homeowner to fix. The oven also had issues heating up which the property manager was notified about as well. The house was well decorated and was beautiful and that all of our other needs.

A great rental property
This property was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all clean and very nice. The master bedroom/bathroom is luxurious. The kitchen is very clean, everything works and has everything we needed. The great room is nice and large and we enjoyed the outdoor space. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend!

Moab Vacation
Everything was great. The only things we noticed were some of the white towels were stained, and the prior occupants did not put out the trash and recycling on the Thursday prior to our arrival, so it was slammed. 😊
