📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• Construction Notice: It is off‑season, and like many streets in Ventnor, there may be construction on our street. By city ordinance, crews are permitted to work Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Guest Verification: A signed Rental Agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. After your reservation is accepted, you’ll receive a secure link to complete the agreement. It will request the full names and DOB of all guests, along with a copy of the booking guest’s government‑issued ID. This is a requirement of our insurance company and is a condition of booking our home. Payment will appear as two charges: one from VRBO (service fee) and one from “Our Humble Homes” (remaining balance).
• Adult‑Only Bookings (Guys/Girls Weekends): We welcome mature, respectful adult-only groups. The primary guest must be 25 or older with positive reviews, and all guests must be 25+ unless traveling with parents. We do not host prom, graduation, or senior‑week groups, and the home’s maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
• Dog Policy: Up to two well‑behaved, house‑trained dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $250 per dog, per stay (maximum of 2 dogs). Cats are not permitted due to severe allergies. Pre‑approval is required: please message us to request our full dog house rules before requesting to book.
• No Hidden Charges: Cleaning, linens, and amenities are all included in your total. If you’re bringing a pet, the pet fee (when applicable) will already be reflected in that total when number of pets is entered at booking.
• Enjoy Significant Savings: SAVE on stays over two nights. Whether you use the extra night or take advantage of the bonus time for an early arrival or later departure, you’ll enjoy a smoother, more relaxing stay with even more moments to unwind and enjoy the area.
• Mobility Considerations: Please note that entry to the home requires climbing approximately 10 stairs to reach the main kitchen and living area. The lower level of the home also includes steps that may be challenging for some guests. If anyone in your group has mobility limitations, this home may not be the most comfortable option.
• Safety & Security: Homes are equipped with smoke/CO detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. Exterior cameras and noise monitoring devices are in place for safety (no audio recording).
• Property Notes: The fireplace is non-functioning and for decorative purposes only. A whole-home dehumidifier is located on the bottom floor and will run intermittently during your stay.

The hosts thought of everything. They supplied all of the necessary products you could possibly need to begin your stay. They also made it easy to navigate the house, with clear instructions and labeling. Their organization, attention to detail, promo communication were top notch. We look forward to a return visit.

Our stay at this wonderful Beach House was FLAWLESS. The hosts went above and beyond in furnishing this beautiful five-star property to the highest standards, on every level. No detail was overlooked from check-in to check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we offer sincere thanks to our hosts.

We stayed at Weymouth Ave for a week in early spring so we didn’t expect to get much beach time but had the weather been warmer, this location would have been ideal for a stay at a quiet beach! The description and beautiful pictures on the listing are exactly what you get when you stay at this home... it’s very clean, tastefully decorated, extremely organized, and well stocked with cooking needs, basic toiletries, beach essentials, and indoor activities. When we arrived there was a lovely personalized welcome basket of snacks, wine, child safety door and outlet covers (hello one year old!), honest baby shampoo for our littles, and even organic dog treats for our dog Penny (she loved them!). We appreciated the thorough house guide for outing and restaurant recommendations and the basic running of the home. I reached out to Debbie twice (nothing to do with issues with the home - no problems there) and she responded immediately. We loved the location (a short distance to the boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants and a yummy chocolate shop!) We explored AC (just north of the house), Margate and Longport (just south), and drove across the bridge to visit OC as well. My in laws stayed in the finished lower level.. they were very comfortable and it was perfect for giving them their own space to retreat and relax. If you haven’t gathered from my review, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay with there again in the future! Our three year old didn’t want to leave! We highly recommend this home, thank you again Debbie and Jared!
