The hotel is right next to the public spa with direct access and has its own warm water pool. Within walking distance there are a few nice restaurants. Breakfast in the morning is minimal but sufficient. One could sit outside to enjoy the breakfast. The street outside has no-charge parking (shaded under trees) after 6pm and on weekends whereas the hotel parking is limited, chargeable and under sun.
The hotel staff locks the main gate to hotel premises in the night. Staff present in the night spoke only Hungarian. The staff tried to explain how to get back in when returning later in the night and that worked.

Breakfast delicious and big choice (3Stars hotel). Direkt enter to Spa, for free. Big room. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cleaning servis can be better. Air condition did not work well, like a fan.
