Located in Bells Beach, this attractive house for $380 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Bells Beach Lodge is located on a private beach with a driftwood-laden, sugar-sand beach. Relax in this rustic, elegant 2000+ square-foot home. Enjoy breathtaking views from every room of Saratoga Passage, Mount Baker, Cascade Mountains and nearby forest. Enjoy the river-rock fireplace and outdoor fire pit. During low tide the beach invites exploration of starfish, sunfish, and crabs! Fishing is good during open seasons. About Bells Beach Lodge: - 100 feet of private beach - Just as fabulous in fall/winter with river-rock fireplace, outdoor fire pit, and large windowed views of the waves splashing on the beach - 2 large covered decks - Built-in brick barbecue - 3 bedrooms/1 loft room: two bedrooms and loft have queen-size beds, dormitory bedroom has a full and a single bed - Living room has new, leather, sectional sofa and chairs - Original nautical theme artwork throughout the home - Charming architecture, including driftwood posts and 'worm wood' walls - one of a kind - DVD, cable, HDTV, and dormitory TV - WiFi Internet access - iPod/iPhone cable for stereo - On-site parking for 4 cars - Wildlife visitors include bald eagles, whales, seals, otters, herons, rabbits, and more - Excellent birding on the Island - 10-minute drive to the towns of Langley, Freeland, and Bayview (grocery stores, movies, art studios, cafes, restaurants, antique shops, farmer's market) - Local winery is approx 15 minutes away for tours and tasting - Approx 60-minute drive + ferry ride from Seattle. Almost reluctant to write this as wanting to keep as our own secret. The location and home are world class. The island itself is full of charm: NW meets west coast Ireland.
Our hosts (E+K) made entry/exit a breeze and very responsive.

We are in love with this place!! Felt right at home, loved the rustic wood, watching the sunrise/sunsets on the patio, beautiful big table perfect for playing games, cozy fireplace, everything was so clean, layout was roomy, awesome kitchen with everything you could possibly need, loved walking along the beach at low tide….we never wanted to leave! Thank you and we will be back!

We spent 4 days over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us. We cooked 3 large dinners over our stay and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a group of six. The living room is large yet cozy and the furnishings are really nice. The property is very nice with good outdoor space and a beautiful view! Would stay here again.

Wonderful home, which accomodated 6 adults easily. Very well equipped kitchen.
Great view of Saratoga passage and Camano Is. Only criticism would be the lighting in the bedrooms is minimal, and pretty dark.

The home and location was perfect. Its in a very quiet area right on the beach. I loved having my coffee in the mornings on the back deck watching the wild life.
The home owner was wonderful and communicated very well.
The neighbors are very friendly also.

What a great spot - secluded, quiet, and an amazing view! My friends and I loved our time here. House is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Property manager is friendly and responsive. Will be back!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing! We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed waking up to the sunrise on our face and the amazing view. Grab some coffee and sit on the couch or the porch and watch the waves hit the beach in the morning. The living room /kitchen/dining area is so warm, open, and spacious. Plenty of room to make meals together, eat at the huge dining table, or sit on the comfy couch. The shower was so nice with plenty of warm water. We took many relaxing walks on the beach. Can't wait to return.

Whidbey is a Treat in itself. We use to stay at another VRBO that was sold and have been looking for another on the Island and I believe we've found it. Hope to return with family.

Beautiful spot on the water watching the storms roll through. Warm and clean, spacious sitting area, cozy dining nook, well-equipped kitchen. My friends and I spent time catching up, cooking some good meals, and exploring the island. Thanks for a great place for a reunion!

This property was true to the pics, and the setting and amenities were perfect for our group of 5 friends. Beds were comfy, spacious kitchen with decent kitchen utensils for cooking. Being here in December we also put the fireplace to good use. Eric was a good host and easy to communicate with as well.

Husband and I came for long weekend from Seattle with our 9yo son and joined by my older parents. The travel from Seattle was a breeze and directions very clear. The layout of the house was perfect for us--ground floor bedroom for grandparents and two spacious rooms and loft bed upstairs. The place has a magical feel and is very clean and tastefully appointed with a thoughtful balance of historic and modern details (The updated bathroom and shower on first floor was so great!) The beach is lovely, the outdoor seating is splendid and bird-watching relaxing.
There was an epic windstorm that took out power to the whole island on our second night, so we ended up leaving a day early, but communication with Eric was excellent throughout and he even offered to refund one night without prompting. We hope to return!

The view and beach were unbeatable, but the real star to us was the cabin itself-the furnishings and general feel of the place. Peaceful with a thoughtful design. We came with 3 kids ranging from 2.5-9 years old and it was perfect for all of us. Thank you!

The home is unique and charming, the 2 decks are covered so even when raining we could be outside. The view is spectacular! It's a well appointed kitchen. Eric was communicative and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

This was the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy time with our family. The home and its views are stunning. The town of Langley is full of walkable boutiques, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location right on the beach. This house was full of heritage and was so cozy! We loved the big porch for morning coffee and evening wine session.
Very close to Langly downtown (8min drive) and in a walkable neighborhood area.
Note, if you need tv entertainment it is smaller so we recommend bringing your own iPad or device for TV entertainment as we couldn't get the DVD player or stereo to work with our phones (no Bluetooth).

This was a rare treat. The perfect place for our family. What a setting! Unbelievable sunrises. Steps to the water. Fantastic home!

Property is great and true to description. Although there are houses around, it feels pretty private. The best part for our family was a large bald eagle that came and sat for over 30 minutes on the beach right in front of the house on 2 separate days. He would watch us watching him! While walking the beach late one morning we saw a gray whale (later found out it was called a sounder) that was very close to shore. We also spent about 2 hours with a pod of orcas on a whale watching tour. All together a fabulous location if you love wildlife.
