Awesome pool hot tub and pool table. Great location close to downtown and Ice district. Awesome patio and apartment had everything we needed. Owner made check in very easy and flexible. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us for a weekend stay. Very comfortable and well stocked . The kitchen is smallish but it had everything you need to make meals and the dishwasher is a plus . Nice sized living room and large balcony are great places to relax.We were walking distance to most of the restaurants and bars downtown .The price was the same as any plain hotel room with much more to offer. We would definitely stay again on a future trip to Edmonton.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great Downtown condo. Steve welcomed us and took time to showed us around the condo building and the, great pool, hot tub and gym. Really convenient location and nice condo. Would stay there again.

This property is exactly as promised. Great downtown location, lots of space, very clean. Too clean in our case, as the aerosol spray that was used before we checked in was far too much and only began to dissipate when it was time to leave. We did our best to air the pillows and blankets outside as this did affect our sleep. The building is very quiet, great that parking is included. We would stay again, but ask them to not use so much spray and would clarify the best check in time in advance of our next visit, as we showed up early and the keys arrived late. We should have used that time better so we would take that communications task onto ourselves to confirm.

We were very pleased with this high rise condo in downtown Edmonton - had all the amenities we could wish for. Great kitchen for cooking, bbq on the balcony & it was huge! The bed was very comfortable & lovely linens. And, the indoor parking was so convenient!

This is an immaculate property that is very well cared for. Steve makes every effort to ensure your stay is comfortable and problem free. The condo itself has everything, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and pillows and everything is spotless clean. The pool, spa tub and fitness facility just tops off a great stay. The hosts get a 5 star ++ rating

Steve was there to run through everything when I arrived. Underground parking was a treat. I was there for the Bluesfest in Hawrelak Park for the weekend. Not only was it a fabulous event I got to bypass all the downtown Edmonton road closures from their big race on Sunday. Nice quiet drive along the river for 12 minutes to the park. And it was only a quick drive to everything else from grocery stores, Art Gallery of Alberta and Muttart Conservatory. Was surprised on how quiet it was. Would definitely recommend.

The check in process was easy. The underground parking is convenient. The apartment was clean and as advertised. Building is quiet. The cable channel package is very basic but we got Netflix to work by going through the apps on the DVD player. Overall this place is a good value for the price.

Kitchen is very well equipped. Balcony is incredibly spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. A/C was greatly appreciated, making it very pleasant despite the heat outside. Owners were very friendly and accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my husband, 2 older teens, and myself to relax. The balcony space was especially nice in the evening - we even got to watch a lightning storm one night, it was spectacular! The condo had all the amenities we needed to do a little cooking. And easy access to on-site garage parking was great. If we find ourselves in Edmonton again, this is where we'll stay!

We stayed here while visiting my cousin for his son's wedding. The location is nice, with great views from the balcony. It's roomy, and having the kitchen was great. Our host was helpful, and overall the place was comfortable. We'd recommend it for sure!

Loved the location and the balcony has to be one of the largest in downtown Edmonton! I was able to walk to a ball game from this location and enjoy the Canada day fireworks right from the balcony!!!

My wife and my first impressions of the place was how clean it was and how amazing the view was from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the BBQ was great for grilling steaks on. Steve met us and did a walk through of the place which we thought was very helpful. We also used and loved the indoor pool. The location was very close to the river trails which was good for us as we had brought our bikes. We would totally stay here again.

This is a great condo for so many reasons. It is very quiet, clean and lots of extras. The location is central to everything and Steve made the check in seamless. If you are looking for RnR this is your place.

I enjoyed my stay, great location and Steve is a great host. Really pretty sunsets from the large deck/windows (was winter so from inside), and condo has lots of extra stuff for travelers! Safe/secure underground parking as well. I would stay again!
