St. Albert Inn & Suites

The room and bed were good. I didn't ask for cleaning or clean towels daily but were available.

Breakfast was included but I and my fellow travellers were very disappointed in the fact that we had to order off a menu rather than a breakfast buffet. The hotel was completely understaffed for people to order off a menu. My order was simple but fellow travellers had to wait a long time for there food and when we asked about it and the food was delivered it was cold. The front desk told me that they didn't know so many of us would be staying at the hotel. I find it strange to believe that they weren't told or that the information about the number of people staying at that time would not be available to them.

Overall for the price , it’s a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff during the week were exceptional. The pub attached to the hotel was great for dinner and a beer.

At this price point , I have no negative feedback . It’s a 3 star room to stay in , that’s clean quiet. Staff is very friendly.

The staff, is amazing. The pool was nice. The weekend buffet was ok.

The breakfast is very minimal on the weekdays. The coffee cups were honestly child size and they wanted $2 a cup, that was ridiculous!!! The hotel flooded about 10 doors down from our room and for 5 days the hallway smelt really rancid. We were there for 2 weeks because our own home flooded, we had our dog there and asked them to sweep, they did not sweep!!
