Would stay there again will recommend them to anyone

Lo action was excellent ,room was excellent staff was very helpful and very friendly .would recommend it to anyone. Was quiet ,clean ,and comfortable. Meals were good.have not one complant love all the charging ports.the rooms were very clean and well looked after and up to date. But the staff get a 10 from us they were always answering over question when we had a concern as what to do they came up with a solution that worked perfect. Even the taxi were great ,awesome ,friendly never heard of coop taxis before .but they are worth it.

Not one thing I can say bad .other hotels should take lessons they were that good

I will be back for the safe, secure and satisfying experience.

Friendly and fast, efficient front desk, I was allowed in earlier than I requested which I appreciate after a 7 hour trip to get to Edmonton for work. I really find the staff open to serve which is refreshing from feeling like a burden. :) The Runway 29 ! is a fabulous place to eat and the service is pleasing. This will be my preferred choice for travel work stay.

The smoking at the back entrance is not appealing for those who are coming in from parking stall.

it was easy to check in and room was clean

there was an altercation with either a guest or someone else at the hotel, while I was exiting the pool and trying to get back to my room, which did make me uncomfortable. I did have to go around a different way to my room.

way to expensive through bookings. com jus call yourself you’ll get a better price than this app.

kid loved the pool.

overall it was okay. but bookings. com doesn’t honour corporate discount so I screwed up by using this app I would got an hefty discount if I just called the hotel myself.

Dissatisfied and disappointing so we will not be returning.

Water slide was fun

It was weird and uncomfortable having the room window into the hallway and we were by the entrance so there was light and shadows all night. The blinds were not black out so we couldn’t get our room dark. They refused to give us a late checkout. The rooms are tiny and you shouldn’t advertise 2 queen beds when they are clearly double beds. The bathroom was tiny and you couldn’t sit on the toilet and open the door which is hard with kids. Not very family friendly.

we left early on day two at 1pm due to being uncomfortable. no refund.

we paid for a suite. the suite did not have a kitchenette or full size fridge. it was basically two rooms with a door in between. you had to walk through one room to get to the other. room 107 had the worst mattress I have ever experienced. due to my wife having had surgery the day before we had to leave to find better accommodations. we left around 1 pm. I called the front desk to inform them that we had left, and they could use the room for another customer that night. they immediately told me it’s too late to give you a refund. they did not thank me for letting them know.

Loved the jetted tub but definitely nothing fancy.

I booked this room for the jetted tub & took full advantage of that. I liked the layout of the room & how there was a seating area with a mini fridge & microwave. both were clean. The shower & toilet also seemed very new in comparison to the rest of the room & clean also. bed was very comfortable

The floors/walls/some furniture was very dated. The “bones” of the room could’ve used an upgrade. the room also smelled VERY BAD. Like a mix of sweat, feet, dust, & cigarette smoke. There was also a cleaning person & their cart rolling through the hallway back & forth which started at 7 am & woke us up.

but having black mold in the room isn’t great. and the second window which is the main window you have to look across the wall to see out so you have to let everyone that walks the hall see into the room
