Check in was easy and quick. All staff were happy and friendly. The rooms were big. The beds were comfortable. Clean, clean, clean! Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.
The A/C was noisy and the elevator was a little sketchy. Breakfast was ok.

The breakfast was nice, though not what was picture when booking. The room was large. The staff were polite.
6 nights i need more then 2 tiny garbages especially when staff only cleared one time during our stay. We're were lugging multiple trips to the lobby garbage. Pails so small 1 med Wendy's cups fills it. No garbage In with the toilet, then no bin liners/bags, so what to do with feminie supplies? Had to ask the conditioner be filled the first night, then the shampoo ran out day 2, really should have been checked with conditioner, or ideally before guests arrive. I asked they fill it but came back at night to it not done/garages still full. Did call again and got tiny bottles.
Approached several times while smoking by homeless. No security gaurds/gates.
Stepped into the pool area and almost slipped. Luke slipped and caught myself before going down. You can't see it till you in the pool but a sign says the soap (which was also out a few times) makes it slick, but in reality the deck just had so much water from so many kids that it was dangerous. They need someone with a floor squeegie at any peak times. I already had a leg injury so the twist not to go down aggravated it.
I burnt myself on the face with the curling iron, I called & asked if they had burn cream. They said no, I Said not even in The first aid? They hummed and hated and said idk. I said I'll come down. They asked again what I needed, went to the back, came back and said no. A place with a kitchen has burn cream.
The meat served with scrambled eggs day is not good. And large potato wedges are not a breakfast food.
