Located in La Paz, this attractive house for $219 per night is a great option for your next break. Summary: A traditional hacienda-style home, Casa de los Santos provides comfort and privacy in the heart of La Paz, Newly constructed and with all modern amenities, our decoration theme for this house comes from centuries of Catholic art in México and Latin America. The colonial design of the house is such that all bedrooms open up into a shaded courtyard, the grill area, the pool, terrace, which is surrounded by all the bedrooms, and a big parking. The Space: Its hacienda-style layout creates a central open courtyard with a pool, gas bbq grill and terrace, which is surrounded by all the bedrooms, the big, spacious living room dining room, the kitchen, and the laundry room. All directly connected to the central courtyard. The kitchen is an indoor/outdoor setup, whose sliding windows above the counter open up into the courtyard, allowing food to be served directly over the counter for an easy outdoor breakfast experience. The pool is heated and illuminated. Our guests tell us it is the perfect place to spend long evenings soaking with your friends and family. The courtyard has its own bathroom and shower that services the pool. And last but not least, the house has a great garage that can easily house two large SUVs. Guest Access: The entire house is available for the guests, including kitchen, bedrooms, courtyard with pool and gas grill, garage, and laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are air conditioning units in every room of the house. We take pride in using non-toxic cleaning supplies, providing a healthier and more natural alternative, while being just as effective to synthetic-based conventional cleaners. We are making efforts towards water conservation in La Paz. We are adopting water-efficient technologies, growing mostly native vegetation in our decorative gardens, promoting responsible water usage, and building urban rainwater capture basins. Finally, we provide canvas grocery bags you can use in your trips to the local stores, farmer’s and fish markets. The Neighborhood: Casa de los Santos is located in a quiet neighborhood only a short walk from the boardwalk and restaurants. Just in the corner, you will find Los Magueyes Restaurant—a great place to have a nice meal once you’re settled in. Walk one more block in the same direction and you’ll find Mercado Bravo, a traditional La Paz Market well-known for its shops where you can find fresh seafood, meats, and a variety of other foods. Getting Around: From the La Paz airport: You can take a taxi or rent a car.* To the boardwalk, restaurants, bars, downtown and main square where the cathedral and plaza are located, the farmer´s market, municipal market and supermarket: All are at WALKING DISTANCE (5-10 min). To the outlying beaches: You can drive, or take a taxi, or a tour. If you take a taxi, do not forget to arrange your return or ask him to wait for your.* General Notes: •You can take the public bus one block from the house. •And you can take UBER to go to everywhere (except the airport). *We can make arrangements with reliable drivers without extra costs. Other Things to Note: While Casa de los Santos is set on a moderately traveled street, the rooms and courtyard are well-protected from the street sounds by the spacious living and dining room. Amazing property with every single attention to detail that a guest could expect. Oh, and the host super responsive….would write more but already put it in the guestbook in the living room, honestly if reading this review just do yourself a favor, stop thinking about it, book this accommodation and get ready to enjoy La Paz!!!

The property was simply lovely. From an open kitchen equipped to make any meal to a lovely open veranda and beautiful pool, this home will not disappoint. The dining room and living room were equally spacious and warm and inviting. All the decor was very tasteful and the rooms were well appointed and contained all the necessary items for a wonderful stay. We were able to enjoy many local restaurants and do shopping all within walking distance. The Malecon was only a few blocks away to the south and we enjoyed our breakfasts at La Casa each morning listening to the pool fountain and abundant sunshine. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The property is beautiful inside and well maintained and we had everything that we need. It is walking distance to the Malecon and various restaurants, farmers market and spa. The property next door was not so nice with graffiti. Overall we felt safe walking around and enjoyed the property.

Casa de Los Santos is absolutely lovely! It was clean, beautifully decorated and the pool man, the cleaning crew and the property manager, Ana, were awesome! The house is in easy walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants and shops.

Perfection
In short, this was one of the most enjoyable vacation homes my family has ever stayed in. The home itself is beautiful, the cleanliness immaculate, and the responsiveness and kindness of the management team was beyond compare. Honestly couldn’t have wished for anything more. Fabulous house close to water and city!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in La Paz! We ventured out for walks, snorkeling with sea lions, and to the boardwalk, but really enjoyed just lounging around the house, by the pool, and in the private yard cooking. The house is lovely, especially the master bedroom suite 🙂

Overall this property is great. Ana was a super involved manager who looked after all questions and problems very quickly. The kitchen and second bathroom could use an update and there is not an abundance of hot water. Pool and outside amenities are superb! Good location with restaurants and bars within walking distance! Much construction in La Paz in that area this year has hurt bars and restaurants as roads are ripped up so no parking! It was nice to be able to park in a secure carport. Overall an very nice property!

A beautiful home with all of the finishing touches--beach towels, drinking water, gorgeous private pool and beautiful decorations. Close to everything--we walked to the marina and local restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

Nice stay in La Paz
Our family of 4 enjoyed the house. It is very comfortable, and as advertised on VRBO. It is about a 5 block walk to the Malecon, and close to markets, etc. We would be happy to stay here again if we are in La Paz.

Great vacation home
We almost hate to give Casa de los Santos a fantastic review because it may then not be available the next time we want to rent it! We loved the outdoor living, including the hustle and bustle of La Paz on our street listening to roosters, dogs barking/howling and traffic. The casa is beautifully clean, the kitchen is well equipped (even has sharp chopping and dicing knives) and the Baja Pool was perfect for some water aerobics. The location is fantastic and just 4 blocks from Mercado Bravo which is an authentic Mexican food market with lots of fresh fish and seafood, chicken, beef and pork, fresh eggs and veggies. Ana Carolina took care of our every need and request with a big smile and prompt attention. Can't wait to go back to this lovely city.

This hacienda has all the ingredients for a wonderful vacation in La Paz - great location, heated pool and helpful and quick to respond staff to any needs that you might have. We will definitely return. Muchas Gracias!!!

Wonderful Accommodations!
This is a great place to stay in La Paz. The property manager was incredibly kind! We met her upon arrival and she showed us around the house and how to operate various things. She provided us with a quaint city map with helpful info and added other points of interest when we asked her questions/recommendations. Also, when we had an issue with the pool, she was very quick to respond and maintenance showed up early the next day (I contacted her late at night). Recommend having a car to get around to local beaches, etc (the house has a fenced carport). Worth every penny - would stay here again.

Cutest house on the block!
We had a great stay! House location is very close to restaurants, malecon and grocery stores. The house had all the essentials and was very clean. Enjoyed the swimming pool at night to cool off. The A/C worked great. I have nothing negative to say about this perfect house and their nice management team! Will definitely use them again!

Beautiful Mexican style home with lovely outdoor living space.
We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The staff were very warm and helpful providing us with very useful information about the city when we arrived. The location was great, within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was beautifully decorated in traditional Mexican style. It was nice to have a pool to cool off in on the hot days. The house was cleaned regularly while we were there and was very clean hen we arrived. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, clean, and perfect
We had the best stay at casa antiga. I think the photos don’t do it justice. The bedrooms are spacious, there are lots of areas to sit, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Ana And Yolanda are absolutely lovely, and very accommodating.

Perfect out door living set up
We really enjoyed how the house was set up, all rooms opened up to a out door living space, facing the pool. It was perfect for us, enjoyed the pool after a day of adventure. The home is appr 5 blocks from the Malecon, very safe area and was close to the market. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Well maintained property. We will stay there again if in La Paz!!!

Perfect place for a family to stay!
We are a group of three adults and two kids. This space was great in so many ways. It provides total privacy and is within a short walking distance to the malecon, local shops, and restaurants. The layout is fantastic, the decor is lovely and people who own and manage the property are kind and helpful. My kids loved the pool. Everything the description says is true about this house. Well maintained and spotless. We are so happy that we rented this house--it made our vacation in La Paz!
