Nestled in Avon, this attractive condo for $395 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to your cozy, upscale vacation retreat featuring numerous upgrades such as a fully stocked kitchen with granite counters as well as luxury bathrooms with travertine tile and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. Professionally decorated with designer furnishings and high end bedding (600 count sheets), this vacation retreat exudes top quality throughout. Our unit offers an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen and dining area where guests can all hang out together for casual entertaining. With 2 story picture windows offering mountain & ski resort views, a lake next door and a HUGE stone wood burning fireplace to enjoy your evenings, you’ll be ready for your best vacation ever! There are 4 Queen size beds in our 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. This location is the ideal ski getaway. We are located in the heart of the Vail Valley, at the base of Beaver Creek Resort known for world-class skiing, shopping, dining and other mountain activities. You'll have unlimited access to all the amenities of this beautiful area. We also have snowshoes and snow sleds, so no renting is necessary!. You will be all set to relax, revive or invigorate on your own breathtaking adventure. There is a shuttle bus stop at the end of our driveway which means you can leave your vehicle in your private attached garage. Vail Village is only 10 minutes down the valley. Bedroom and Bathroom Layout: • Main Floor Master: 1 Queen bed, armoire with TV and DVD and 6 drawer dresser • Main Floor Bath with designer copper vessel sink and shower/tub combination • Upstairs 2nd Bedroom: 1 Queen bed with attached bathroom with shower • Upstairs 3rd Bedroom: 2 Queen beds with large attached bathroom with shower/tub combination Other Amenities: • Private enclave setting and with your own private deck and grill. • All of the bathrooms have been upgraded with tumbled travertine tile, stone countertops and new oil rubbed bronze fixtures • Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, wine glasses, cookware, slower cooker roasting pot, Keurig Coffee Maker and all the extra touches to cook a special meal including spices, serving platters and utensils • Dining table seats 6 guests with an additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter area • Professionally decorated with high end furnishings • Top quality linens and 600 thread count bedding • WIFI included and Digital Comcast Cable TV • Sonos Speaker System in main living area • Great room features a NEW 37” LCD flat screen, DVD player and Yamaha stereo system. Vail is less than a 10 minute drive • Private, attached garage with storage for skis and other items • Shuttle bus stop at end of driveway takes you to Beaver Creek and the Avon Station and Riverfront Gondola • Close access to the Avon Recreation Facility (40,000 sq ft workout facility, a five lane, 25-yard lap pool, a leisure pool with fountains, sprays, bubblers, a 140 foot water slide, lazy river and co-ed Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Kids love it! We had a wonderful time at Diane's property. The place is comfortable, it's great to have a bathroom with a shower attached to each room (especially for a large group) and the kitchen is fully stocked and easy to cook meals in. The location is absolutely prime for skiing and it was convenient to be so close to the slopes in the morning. Parking for two vehicles was a great bonus, given how tricky parking can be in resort towns. It was also great to have a big table for everyone to gather around. Diane is easy to work with and very responsive.
The only small drawbacks were a few snags--the parking pass wasn't in place when we arrived, and one of the amenities for kids (booster seat) wasn't there. However, Diane was really kind about everything and actually went out and bought a booster seat and brought it by for us, which was really above and beyond!

Beautiful home with amazing views. Beautifully decorated with high end finishes and spotlessly clean. A great space for family gathering and I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen. So many thoughtful touches throughout the unit. The owner was really great to work with. We will definitely be back.

Our family stayed in this rental over our kids’ February break for our first family ski trip to Beaver Creek. The condo is on a half mile from the parking lot at the bottom of the mountain. It is an easy drive. There is also a shuttle that picks up at the end of the driveway, but with 3 kids and ski gear we found driving over easier. One day I wasn’t skiing but was able to walk over from the condo and use the Beaver Creek shuttle service to go up the mountain and meet the rest of the family for lunch.
The condo itself is clean, well maintained, comfortable and wonderfully stocked. We cooked almost all of our meals in the kitchen and found everything we needed. I was truly impressed with the kitchen. Usually in a rental I am scrounging around for a pan that doesn’t have teflon flaking off of it. We found absolutely everything we needed all the way down to a garlic press and a salad spinner!
There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the kids appreciated having their own beds at night. We spent the evenings watching movies on the couch and playing games at the dining table. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

A True 5 Star Experience

This is our second time renting this unit. The manager was easy to deal with, had good communication and was responsive. We needed to change a date last minute, she was flexible on that and I really appreciated it. The unit is well stocked with items guests need, including the kitchen and laundry, parking was easy, and was easy access to Beaver Creek. We would be happy to book again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous condo. The location was perfect, the beds super comfy and the place was totally stocked with anything you might need to make it feel like home. We loved being able to walk around the nearby lake and on one of the cooler nights used the wood burning fireplace in the unit! (wood was provided) HIghly recommend this unit!

Great get away in Beavercreek
The condo was great! They had absolutely everything we needed. Kitchen had great accommodations. Fireplace was awesome after a long day of skiing stocked with firewood and starters. I appreciated the communication with the owner and insight while we were there. This was a great find. We would love to go again. We opted to drive early and get a spot in the garage in lieu of the shuttle, parking for the day was 35.00. We thought it was well worth it! Beavercreek slopes were great for the family. We came with 4 kids and they voted Beavercreek over Vail unanimous. Thank you for sharing your great condo with our family over Christmas. We will be back!

Cute condo
We stayed there in August 2019. The house was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and well-stocked. There is no AC, so the condo was warm during the daytime in August, but it cooled off each evening. All in all, a comfortable place to stay.

Great spring skiing week
Our stay in Avon was great. The condo had everything we could want; Chad and Diane were a breeze to work with; the home is well-appointed, and really inviting. All in all, an excellent experience. We were there for two family birthdays and ended up celebrating both at Juniper in Edwards. Highly recommend.
