We loved this house! Super cozy, comfortable, and sunshiney. Being just outside of Knoxville, but close by, was ideal for our visit. The owners were super quick to respond to a couple of minor issues - and very pleasant to interact with. We would definitely stay at the cottage again!

We stayed at the Yellow Teacup house for a week. The location was beautiful, the kids loved feeding the horses and goats. We had easy access to Pigeon Forge, Knoxville and the Smoky mountains. The property is large with a county charm and with all of the amenities you would require. The beds were really comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the rocking chairs on the front porch as the sun set. Christie, the host, was absolutely amazing and responded immediately to any questions we had. She also offered lots of information on the local area. We will definitely book again next time we visit! My daughter, mom and I stayed at The Yellow Teacup Cottage when we came to town for a college tour and a concert. The location was great and very convenient to Knoxville, without the hustle and bustle of city life. It was quiet, peaceful and the house was so cute! I can’t say enough about this place. This will definitely be our go to stay when we go to Knoxville!

We stayed at the yellow cottage for our microwedding and honeymoon. It was an absolute DREAM! The house was even more beautiful than i expected (and I loved it as soon as we seen the listing). It was well-equipped with everything we needed and more. Christie was amazing with communication and was so kind and helpful when I accidentally left something after we left. We would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing seven day stay! We loved hanging out and watching the horses, squirrels and birds. Our 14 year old was in heaven giving the horses and goats their treats. Sitting on the porch in the evening, sipping on a glass of wine after a busy day of site seeing, was the perfect. We loved being in the country. Host is fabulous!!

We had such a nice, peaceful time. Rented a pontoon boat and went hiking with the 2 dogs. We fed the horses, and they were the highlight of our stay. Plenty of room to exercise the dogs. Also saw a ground hog!

The cottage was spacious and perfect for our graduation celebration. In addition to the 6 of us who spent three nights we were easily able to include our daughter and her friends for dinner and socializing. The multiple rooms provided options to get away from our festivities when needed. Highly recommended

Our family really enjoyed our stay. We loved the peaceful rural setting and that it was less than 15 minutes from UTK - perfect for graduation weekend. It’s is beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and stocked with all the expected amenities. The owners were really nice too, accessible, and very accommodating. Overlooking the pasture and watching the horses was an added bonus that everyone in our party enjoyed!

After a long day of traveling it was wonderful to be welcomed to the cottage by low lights and quiet music. We instantly relaxed on entering. The kids delighted in the goats and horses and in watching the birds at their feeder just outside the dining area windows. Our family enjoyed our time at this gem of a cottage, it’s proximity to Knoxville, and our time together.

This VRBO was absolutely amazing. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need. The property was beautiful and the outside space was perfect for an afternoon in the sun or an evening on the front porch to watch the sunset. Perfect for families and close to downtown Knoxville and a short drive to the Smokey Mountains.

The Yellow Tea Cup Cottage was perfect! I was in Knoxville for work and its closeness to downtown 20 minutes was idea but it was nice to return to a quiet, country feel type atmosphere. It was only an hour away to the Townsend entrance to Great Smokey Mountain park too. The house was wonderful! The sunroof was very relaxing and there was a nice deck area to sit outside. The main shower was huge and spa like. Christie was very welcoming and had some snacks waiting for me at check in. I would highly recommend staying here!
