Situated in Seagrove Beach, this lovely house for $266 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Comfortable and conveniently situated on Scenic Highway 30A, Holzworth House has two living spaces for eight guests. This property takes advantage of the much-desired Gulf view and county road sights with a second and third floor layout. The second floor balcony has a full southern exposure. Sets of sliding doors lead into the living space and the king master bedroom. Two full beds round out this main level. The studio-style third landing is a complete space for a couple including a king bed, seating, and kitchenette. It will be difficult to leave the porch during a sunrise or sunset. Holzworth House is just where your family will want to be if location, comfort, and view are on your vacation checklist! We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Great location, but the prevalence of cockroaches really ruined the stay. Nothing was done about it during our stay, even though I notified property management on our first night(Friday night). They replied that nothing could be done because it was the weekend, which I thought was a weak excuse. Nothing was done on Monday or Tuesday either. The downstairs kitchen was difficult to be in because of the lack of space, and the furniture was very run down.

My husband and I booked this house for my 50th birthday week, and invited another couple to stay with us from out of state. When we arrived, the place smelled like cat urine. It was late, so we just went to bed the 1st night. The next morning, before our friends arrived, we noticed how much this place needed to be updated. The large ottoman had 2 sides of the vinyl completely peeled off, sofas were very worn and stained, microwave door was broken, towel bar in bathroom was off the wall, and we couldn’t find the laundry room anywhere. My husband bought a large bottle of extra strength febreeze and sprayed everything down. He tried to vacuum, but found it wasn’t sucking anything up. Maintenance dropped a new one off, and my husband put it together and vacuumed the place. He found empty candy wrappers and a dirty sock under the upstairs sofa. He would’ve vacuumed the ceiling fans because they had so much dust and grime on them, but didn’t have an extension for the vacuum. That night, we started noticing roaches on the floor, tables, and walls. As we sat at the downstairs table to play games, we noticed there was dried food between the glass and wood top. My husband read the post while we were there from people that stayed before us, saying they saw this same thing. So, no telling how long it’s had that grossness stuck on there. Also, the oven kept turning on in the middle of the night. Come to find out, it was infested with roaches and somehow they were turning on the oven and waking us up all night. DISGUSTING! We did not bring any food into the house, in fear of bugs getting into it. There were only 2 cheap plastic chairs to sit on outside while on the balcony. Not even enough for everyone to sit together outside. That was okay, because we tried to stay away from the house as much as possible. We were embarrassed that we rented such a nasty place for all of us to stay at, and apologized to our friends several times. Oh, and we finally called about the laundry room and was told it was under the house and had a code on the outside door to get in. It was like walking into a damp musty old cellar… we found beach chairs and inflatables in there too. We added 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and an inflatable ring to the collection. The location of this house is perfect for beaching. We are still shocked how this place had so many great reviews. I might be a little “hoity toity,” and like nice things, but this place was disgusting!

House is in need of a deep clean. Dining table has dried food gunk under the glass top. Place mats were filthy and should be tossed. Floors need a good mopping; corners need cleaning. Back door entry is dirty looking. Location was good and beach wasn’t crowded, but this house is a one and done for us.

I would stay here again. The house is across the street from public access to the beach. It is less than a five minute walk. The inside of the house could use some updates. The only issue we had was that the house was dirty upon check in. Housekeeping returned the next day and cleaned everything again. That was resolved. Like all of the other reviews, there needs to be way more outdoor chairs for the balconies.

June 2021 Stay
Close to beach was nice. Kitchen is very small Appliances all worked good. The ceiling fans in master and up stairs need repaired. No WiFi No bedding on pull out couch. No shower curtain on outside shower which is nice to be able to use. Bad outlet on garage we were trying to charge electric cart. No patio furniture which would have been great. Drive held water when it rained. Nice location but needs some work.

We had a great time. The house was perfect for me and my family. And having the beach right across the street was amazing. The only thing was the WiFi could not get on. But other then that it was perfect. Thank you 😁

The house is in a great location directly across from the beach making the access a super short walk. House was clean and worked well for our family. The best part of the experience was the staff at Oversee. They are easy to get ahold of and go above and beyond for anything you need.

This house has an amazing location!! Just steps from the beach and easy walk to town. We loved this about the property!! The front porch balcony was wonderful for the kids and the house included bikes! However, it wasn't very clean. On the fence about wether to stay here again, only due to that.

House was perfect for 2 family members who were on working vacation -- space for privacy & quiet. Bikes were great. Location was amazing. Would definitely come back. Feedback on kitchen size was accurate but I brought my Thermomix so no problem. Property management was attentive and informative. A really great family vacation home!

House was perfect for 2 family members who were on working vacation -- space for privacy & quiet. Bikes were great. Location was amazing. Would definitely come back. Feedback on kitchen size was accurate but I brought my Thermomix so no problem. Property management was attentive and informative. A really great family vacation home!

Perfect location. Very short walk to beach access. Close proximity to downtown seaside. Driveway can accommodate a handful of cars. Kitchen is super tiny, which turned out to be fine, but the pots/pans situation is lacking. We would stay here again
