A great family friendly rental on Hyco. The house is as described in the listing, and the host is one of the best that I have worked with and is very responsive both prior to and during the rental period.

Everything was smooth as silk. The housed is well equipped, beds and furniture were in excellent shape and comfortable. John answered all questions quickly and accurately. My in-laws had a house on Hyco when the kids were growing up and they said this place really felt like home. My son said it was the best fishing he's ever had on Hyco! I would just note for those who like to get out a walk a lot, it's very limited around this house.

Due to lake being closed from flooding we chose not to partake in lake activities however dock and lake accessories were used and weathered. Had to clean grill and 1/2 bath toilet stained, we didn’t use all the r but overall towels
