Just steps from a private beach on tranquil goose creek. Please note: Southold town has instituted a new law requiring a minimum rental of 14 nights. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call me. Three bedrooms, 2 baths and all the amenities you need to enjoy your summer vacation. Sleeps 7 comfortably. All the linens, beds and most of the furniture is brand new! Excellent layout of house. Plenty of room. Spacious and bright. The house was well stocked with necessities for day to day living. Large washer and dryer. 5 minutes to town center. Beautiful backyard. The deck needs some work but it is obvious the owners are aware and hopefully will finish the restoration that was started. The owners were very receptive to communication throughout the booking process and once we arrived. Caroline is wonderful to work with. I gave the cleanliness only a three but I am very particular and most folks would say it was just fine. The house is a corner lot right off Main Bayview Road which can get a lot of traffic. The entrance to the house is on the side street which is a quiet street with friendly neighbors.

We enjoyed this well equipped Southold property. We have been staying on the North Fork for a dozen years or so for a family vacation, and we really loved this home. It had everything we needed, from beach supplies, to kitchen equipment. It was spacious, and the fenced in yard was great. We were able to obtain a Southold beach pass, so we visited all of our favorite beaches except for New Suffolk, which is now only for residents of New Suffolk. We are so grateful for Caroline's hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-week family stay-cation at this Property. Caroline is an extremely gracious host, and communication with her was seamless. Clean and tidy with everything we needed. Comfortable and roomy bedrooms. The kids loved playing in the generous yard. We enjoyed barbecuing and dining al-fresco on the deck. Ideally situated with lots to do in the neighborhood - beach, kayaking, winery, miniature golf, even a functioning observatory from where Einstein observed the stars - a big hit with the kids. I definitely recommend.

This was the perfect spot and size home for my girlfriends and I to rent for our girls trip. Great access to wineries and dining. We had an amazing time. The house was the perfect spot to come back to.

We all enjoyed staying in this well appointed house. The bedrooms each had a closet and were quite roomy. The master bathroom was very nice, as was the additional bathroom. The house was especially clean with ample sheets and towels. The central air conditioning was terrific, because it was very humid for a few days of our stay The eat in kitchen was very large and well stocked in case I had forgotten anything. The bar b q was a bit difficult to light, but it worked great once you got it going. The closest beach - walk to - was very adequate and the double kayak that comes with the house was terrific. Life vests and paddles are in their garage, and the kayak is stored at the beach! However, neither of the bicycles was useable and need repairs. We were unable to get the New York Times delivered and we found out too late that it was because the house actually has 2 addresses. So check with the owner if you want your paper to get to you! The house is located off a main road and that worked very well for us when we were returning at night on the darkened roads. We didn't have far to go to restaurants and grocery stores and the like. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family and would definitely consider renting it again

This immaculate ranch home was perfect four our girls getaway. Plenty of comfy beds and luxurious towels for all. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was close to wineries, the quaint town of Greenport, farm stands and fine restaurants. Close to a little beach. Has a great deck for enjoying that wine! The only issue we had was finding the house. We arrived after dark and the landscaping which provides privacy in the yard made it difficult to find the house. Recommend leaving a light on for future visitors.

Our "Girls Getaway" weekend was perfect thanks to this great home in Southold. The location was perfect for Winery Tours, Farm Stand visits and yummy restaurants. The house was nice and clean and had all the comforts of home. Beds and bedding were comfy and everything about the house was up to date. Owner was a pleasure to work with and loved that I could pay for the house on my credit card. So convenient! Would love to come back in the warm weather to enjoy the private beach just down the road. Thanks again for a great memory.

We stayed at the house for a weekend (4 adults and 4 young children) and had a great time. The property is clean and well maintained, with pleasant furniture. Deck with barbeque is fantastic for al fresco dining. Location is also ideal for beaches and North Fork sightseeing.
