About this condo rental
Located in South Padre Island, this attractive condo for $139 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. SPI City Tax is no longer charged with the reservation payment due to the change made by Texas State effective April 1, 2019. As a result, I will have to attach an additional payment request upon booking of 11%. This first floor, one bedroom condo sleeps 1-4 or 5 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper couch in the living room. The bath has handicap bars in the shower and has been recently remodeled and updated. The condo is equipped with blender, crock pot, chopper, coffee pot, microwave, WiFi, 2 TV’s, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. I also provide a wagon to carry your things to the beach, an ice chest, umbrella, two lawn chairs and sand toys and boogie board for the children. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, beach towels and food to have a wonderful time in the beautiful waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS! This property is registered with the City of SPI permit no. 2015-969121.

We felt like we were at home, only steps away from the beach! The unit had everything we needed, and so comfortable... The giant fan in the bedroom was a home run - never woke up warm once! We had our own beach gear, but Irma also provided a beach wagon and umbrella as well. The patio area was private and had a lovely breeze - we spent every morning relaxing there. We rarely even heard anyone else around us! We absolutely loved our stay, and want to thank Irma for our best vacation ever - we'll be back!!

We’ve been staying at the Tiki for many years, and this unit is by far the best! Beautifully renovated and a little bit of privacy too! This unit is situated on the hotel side of the complex, so there were beautiful palm trees, oleanders and a grassy yard area as our view.
We will definitely be back next year - and hope this unit is still available to rent!

My daughter and I enjoyed staying in this cozy little condo. It was perfect for the two of us and we definitely enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. We really enjoyed all the beach accessories. We have never been at a condo where they supply all the beach stuff. we really enjoyed that. We will definitely come back to this place again. It was a wonderful place. Excellent hosts.

The property is beautiful: well manicured landscaping, and property buildings well maintained. This condo was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Bring your own beach towels. Our host thought of everything: a nice sized kitchen with all of the tools needed for cooking, a cozy sofa and chair. The bedroom has a king size bed, nice fluffy pillows, lots of drawer space, and a dehumidifier, which definitely keeps the condo comfortable. The ceiling fan in the bedroom has a remote hung on the wall by the night stand. Next to the bathroom, a nice size closet and hangers if you need them. The back padio is big and private. You will love it, and we will definitely be back. Or host was the best, and very accommodating. Thank you, Irma for a wonderful stay.

It is advertised that it’s a short 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s farther esp if you have a family. It’s in the front so you have to walk by both pools and entire property before reaching beach access. It’s off the beaten path for sure. You do not get towel service, but do if you rent straight through the complex. They were very kind. The owner was not. Boogie Boards were supposed to be there. No prob to not supply them. Just don’t advertise it. They came Wed. 3 days after we arrived. The master sheets were dirty & housekeeping did come the next day to change them. There was confusion about the sheets for the pull out bed& I’ve never been talked to like that in my life by a VRBO renter. It was awful! We didn’t text her after that bc we felt so uncomfortable. We basically just utilized everything we had in order not to touch anything of hers. The Complex THE TIKI takes head to dogs under 25 pds, service animals specifically, but the owner does not. With documentation. Beware & ready for extra fees! This was not enjoyable. If we hadn’t already paid for it this we would’ve def left. You live and learn. This may help other couples that see the advertisements. Very small unit with only one accessible closet in hall. Decorated cute. Would stay at complex a lot closer to the water maybe. And not here. Plus the music is super loud at night. It’s just not forthcoming, the attitude for what you pay was appalling. The island didn’t disappoint and we made the best of it.

We enjoyed our South Padre weekend at Irma’s condo. It was clean, with beautiful finishes and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be planning another trip here!

I was impressed by the community overall; everyone we met was friendly, as were our hosts and managers. Pretty easy and seamless, even for an old-timer like me. The people were genuinely friendly and trustworthy. I liked the "small-town, tight-knit" community feel. Beach was nice and clean and the Gulf was awesome. Go. See.

I did not think it was going to be part of a large condo complex. Part my fault for not researching the property better but also the description made it sound like it was part of a smaller group of vrbos. The place was very clean and cute on the upside.
Some things I did not care for were small, but mattered to me staying 5 nights :
-not many hooks to hang towels or clothes. Her personal closet in the bedroom is locked so you are not able to hang your clothes?! There is another closet, however that is where the wagon and outdoor things are stored. Plenty of drawers to make up for it.
-Washer and drier are community and you have to pay for them.
- I thought we would be closer to the beach, you have to walk a distance with the wagon which wasn’t a huge deal. However the description made it seem more accessible. Also you have to punch in a code to get into the gate that leads to the beach (I thought was over kill, but that is my opinion)
If you want privacy this is a pretty good spot to be. Few minor details I would have appreciated, however overall nice place.

Loved this beach condo. It is located at front of the complex which makes it further from the ocean. We knew this from the beginning so it met our needs. Great patio for morning coffee and tea. The condo has been totally updated and is very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved this small but sweet condo with a small living room / kitchen, bedroom, and bath. The grounds have two pools and we were only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The place is equipped with beach umbrella & chairs, and a wagon to tote your stuff down to the water. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Everything was immaculate and there was so much attention to detail on things you may need in the kitchen (condiment packets, Tupperware, etc.) It was also so nice to just walk out off the porch and the beach was very close. Very quint place to stay with family. Very clean. The only complaint I had was every night at 9:15 fireworks are shot off at the Marriott courtyard. So that wasn't even the owners fault. Other than that I would visit again

Well maintained community. Condo was well appointed and clean. Location was great for us with a couple bar and grill options within walking distance and accessible from the beach. We enjoyed our stay. Public beach access along the side of the community if you want to drive up and unload your setup for a shorter walk. Loved it!
