Beautiful condo with beautiful views. Very short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was provided in the kitchen. Parking was close by. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. Unfortunately, during the first three days of our stay there was an incessant beeping coming from the hot water heater. The alarm beeping went off at random intervals, including during the night. Four times over the course of three days a maintenance person/plumber entered the unit to attempt to figure out what was causing the alarm. On the second day a plumber was in unit while we were out. The property management team told us they would call once the plumber diagnosed/fixed the problem. We left for the day and never heard from property management. Then at 8:00 PM that night the alarm once again went off. We had to call the after hours number for the property manager. Someone came to the unit and was able to disable the alarm. A plumber then returned to our unit the next morning. Other than having to be subjected to the annoying beeping noise at random intervals and dealing with the stress of wondering what was wrong with the water heater and if it may blow up at any moment, a disappointing aspect is how we were treated by property management during this time. There was one member of the property management team in particular that we spoke to on the phone who seemed almost annoyed that I called twice in a day to get an update on what was happening. And secondly, the property management didn’t offer anything to us other than a “Sorry for the inconvenience” response. 5600 for 5 nights and three days of an alarm beeping. Sorry for the inconvenience?!
