About this condo rental
Situated in Marina del Rey, this charming condo for $132 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This beautiful large studio apartment with new furniture, paint, blinds etc is only a minute walk from the pristine and peaceful beach of Marina Del Rey and a short walk to the shops, nightlife, restaurants and the famous beaches of Venice, California! The start of Venice Beach is only a 5 minute walk or 1 minute bike ride away. The Studio has a new memory foam comfortable queen bed and a new private washer/dryer in the unit. There is a couch and a high end air mattress available. The unit also has a 48" smart TV with Cable TV and Netflix , a private bathroom, and a full kitchen, with a dining room table that seats 4. This space is big for a studio and it has everything you need to feel at home! Guest can enjoy the Southern California sunshine from the shared patio downstairs with a new teak table, umbrella and a BBQ. The studio is ideal for 2 people but we will accept up to 4 people. Please note the 20/person extra charge for occupancy over 2 people. This is strictly enforced and will be taken from the deposit if more than 2 people are seen using the property. The unit is in close proximity of LAX, 5.9 miles, about 12 minutes with no traffic. **We typically set our nightly rates 4-6 months in advance. In the event you are looking to reserve our property farther in advance please inquire about our exact rates BEFORE making a "Book It Now" or "Instant Book" reservation. We accept insta book for this property, however, we reserve the right to cancel within 12 hours in the unlikely event there is a reservation on another booking site. We have not had to do this yet but make this rule as a precaution only We reserve the right to cancel your an instant booking reservation within 24hrs of the booking if your dates leave between 1 and 3 nights open from an existing reservation. This is rarely done and we will normally notify you within a few hours. Contact us for exceptions. The check in time is 4pm. On rare occasion housekeeping or maintenance issue might prevent us to prepare the unit by 4pm we reserve the right to move the check in time to 6pm. Please note: Bath towels, bed linens, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash ARE provided, beach towels ARE NOT provided. You may add mid-stay partial cleaning for $42.00 We charge $49 for Property Damage Protection. This fee will release you for any accidental damage to the property up to $1,500. We do not collect a deposit. In the event there is damage in excess of $1,500 you will be responsible. House Rules No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. our stay could have been so much nicer if the place had an air conditioner to keep the room cooler, especially at night. While the homeowner had 4 or 5 mini fans, all they did is circulate the hot air, so they were barely effective. Our unit was on the bottom floor so you hear the neighbors above walking/pounding the floor constantly, and the TV totally sucks. The location is great, but parking is elusive, although very safe and close to the beach. With a few updates, this would be a 5.

Great place to stay!
Great studio unit! All the amenities you need and the perfect location one block from the beach. Great for a couple, single person, or a small family. Near all the shops and restaurants. Will stay there again for sure!

We were very impressed with this studio rental. It is much larger than I thought it would be based on the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable. The furniture and decor are nicely appointed. The unit and the street were quiet and we had no problem parking right in front of the unit. It only takes a minute to walk to the beach and the beach is almost like a private beach out front unless you walk about 100 yards away where the Venice Pier, Venice Beach and the bike path begin. It was nice to have fast internet, full cable and a roku player. Frank and Marcela made the process easy and were quick to reply and answer our questions. The arrival instructions and self check in made it easy for a late night arrival. Highly recommended.

LARGE CLEAN STUDIO NEXT TO BEACH, NICELY APPOINTED, GREAT VALUE
We were very impressed with this studio rental. It is much larger than I thought it would be based on the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable. The furniture and decor are nicely appointed. The unit and the street were quiet and we had no problem parking right in front of the unit. It only takes a minute to walk to the beach and the beach is almost like a private beach out front unless you walk about 100 yards away where the Venice Pier, Venice Beach and the bike path begin. The studio is located just 2 short blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from restaurants on Washington BLVD and the Venice canal area. The studio is of a nice size with queen bed and nice TV but the sofa is low and stained. The kitchen table is small with two chairs with one broken when we arrived. The stove is old and one of the elements was disconnected while the frig is also old and quite loud. The unit looks very bright in the picture but we found it to be dark and dank. Towels in the bath would not dry overnight when hung on the shower doors. The unit is also loud with excessive noise from the unit above. We could hear talking, walking and all sorts of noise. They have a 10Pm curfew but that didn't work. We were woken up at 3AM on two nights and 2AM the other. Our last day we were up at 5:45 to leave and we could hear a lot of noise from the second floor. The unit is supposed to have a parking spot just out side of the front door but it was almost never available because cars were parked knowing that there was a sign that said they would be towed. We also noticed fruit flies in the unit which we understand is not abnormal for California.
They had a heater, ac unit and dehumidifier in the unit but no directions on how to use them.
The owners were very good about answering our questions during our stay. The did try to keep cars from parking in the spot but were unsuccessful. They also contacted the people on the second floor about the noise but it still occurred.

We were looking for accommodations within walking distance to our daughters apartment on the Marina. This was a perfect 12 minute walk each way. The studio was super clean with a great little kitchen and washer and dryer. Nice TV with ample cable channels and a quiet location. If you have a car, parking might be a problem. There were a couple of vertical blinds missing in the living area and bathroom which need replaced to insure privacy at night. Otherwise it was so much better than a hotel at half the cost. We would definitely use it again.

Super clean studio near the beach
We were looking for accommodations within walking distance to our daughters apartment on the Marina. This was a perfect 12 minute walk each way.
