The location next to Marina del rey was perfect.
Our sofa bed for my daughter was not comfortable.

I loved the ambiance, cleanliness, and polite staff. Loved Maya in the Jewelry store and Cast and Plow was great. Christine was also so sweet and knowledgeable about what the hotel offered.

Location on the marina is beautiful, but a bit far from other parts of LA with no real transport options other than Ubers.
The air con in the public spaces was super cold, some guests in the lobby bar had blankets round them! It made the bar and restaurant areas unpleasant to be in

The location is good, the staff are nice
The property is indeed now under renovation and it’s noisy and disturb my rest during the stay. Worse things were there was unexpected power shortage and no water for quite long hours. We were NOT being notified or warned about the renovation when we made the booking! Staying in ritz Carlton group is not staying at regular class hotel and this is a bad experience for us during this 10 days stay.
