The owners have made excellent use of the available space, and the property was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Although the property is on a fairly busy road, both bedrooms are at the back and so noise was not a problem when sleeping.
There was some noise from the neighbours (nothing you can do about that), and parking was a bit of an issue when unloading / loading all the luggage when we arrived and left - there are only two parking bays directly outside the property and we never managed to get one (again, there's nothing you can do about that).

Clean and modern, with everything you need and within easy walking distance to all places of interest in Whitby. Free parking opposite for our stay made it very convenient.
Second bedroom mattress not as comfortable as the master bedroom. So the person sleeping there wasn’t well rested. Noisy dog next door.
