Amazing, spacious and clean in a very central location, it was perfect for our party of 18.
The owner was very prompt in answering questions etc
Sofa beds uncomfortable and it was extremely hot in the kitchen area

The house is very cool it's like a tardis right by the sea and a short walk from some incredible restaurants. It's a fantastic place for a weekend with friends, having breakfast and dinners together in a large group.
Bathrooms were lovely, plenty of space for everyone to not be on top of each other all the time. It is surprisingly quiet for how central it is.

There are a couple of signs of wear and tear e.g.duct tape on the carpet stairs carpet, and a couple more sharp knives for cooking in the kitchen would be useful (there was only one) but not a huge deal.

Location was great x great house for a big group x kitchen area fantastic
Some rooms were very dark. Not a big outdoor space especially having dogs with us. Had to take one pet out to the street for the toilet during the night.

The location was great and the space was very group friendly
The iron was broken
The extra sheets and towels in the cupboards were dirty
The speakers didn’t work
The thermostat couldn’t be altered to lower the temperature
No lock on first floor bathroom door
