About this condo rental
Located in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This fabulous, spacious, elegantly decorated and furnished three bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in the luxurious, upscale "Anderson Ocean Club and Spa" resort by Hilton, has been fully renovated in 2021 and prepared for each guest with every decadent attention to detail and enjoys breathtaking direct, unobstructed oceanfront views. The condo benefits from a beautiful, high-end kitchen with luxury granite counters, cherry cabinetry, full size modern appliances and every convenience a cook could want. The condo offers upgraded internet capable flat screen TV's for your ease of access to guests' home ITunes and Netflix account, and wired cable channels. The living room offers a HUGE 75" Paper thin smart HDTV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom is generously proportioned with a luxuriously appointed king sized bed with pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count luxury pure bamboo linens. This bedroom has a built-in closet, comfortable armchair, a luggage bench and Dresser with a flat screen 55" smart TV. The master bathroom has a tub shower combo in the en-suite bathroom, vanity with granite counter, and WC. There is a built-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of extra thick and fluffy luxury towels. The second bedroom is generously proportioned, with 2 queen-sized beds, luxuriously fitted with 600 TC bamboo sheets, a tall dresser with 55" flat scree smart TV, built in closet, luggage bench and en-suite bathroom. The third, spacious bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a full sized bed, dresser with 42" flat screen smart TV, a luggage bench and ensuite bathroom. The unit is fully equipped with a stacked full-size laundry for guest convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience a cook would want. There are solid cherry cabinets, granite counters for that chic and luxurious feel, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, crockery and flatware, and full size appliances. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view. The main living/dining area is spacious and luxuriously furnished with a queen sleeper/sofa with an extra thick, super comfy mattress, dining table and 6 chairs, 2 armchairs, ottoman (stores bedding for the sleeper and also provides extra seating) and TV cabinet containing a 75" smart TV. The living room opens to a spacious balcony enjoying unadulterated and uninterrupted oceanfront and views and is equipped with chairs and coffee tables. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition. The resort offers a full-service bar, lobby coffee bar, 3rd floor fully equipped gym (swipe key available at reception) and 4th floor full service luxury spa. There is no better resort to get away from it all and yet stay in close proximity to all the attractions. For a superior, more classy experience of Myrtle Beach, situated right on a stunningly beautiful stretch of undisturbed beach complete with beach chairs and umbrella (stored in the closet) for you to use every day of your vacation - this is the place to stay. Multiple emails prior to the day of check in were NEVER responded to. The day of check in we were told we could check in early, however, there was zero communication as to early check in process. We finally located the check in code approximately 30-40 minutes prior to normal check in time, however, the code did not open door. Multiple attempts by us and the Valet staff were without success.
When we finally recieved a response from the Manager, to which she blamed the inability to open the door on us (the client). She stated WE had entered the incorrect code some outlandish number of times which was completely not correct. We each had the correct code embellished into our memorey.
The Manager had given us the local maintenace man's telephone number. We called it multiple times and on each call, the message stated the phone number was not a working number.
At approximately 6:20 pm the maintenance man came by and ANNOUNCED TO US THAT THE ENTIRE PROBLEM WAS THE BATTERIES THAT OPERATED THE DOOR SYSTEM WERE DEAD and needed to be changed. Once changed, the door operated perfectly.
The entire process was extremely frustrating and an insult. The fact, we were told by the Manager that we were the PROBLEM by entering the incorrect code some ungodly number of times combined with the lack of communication and the late checkin with no ability to contact the onsite maintenance personnel, we arent certain that we will ever use vrbo again.

Furniture was very dated and not very comfortable, hot water in shower lasted about a minute. I know that’s a building problem but still annoying. Some damage to unit when we arrived, took pictures and submitted to Louise.

Overall pleasant stay...dated furniture including beach chairs. On the beach but only one restaurant within walking distance. Great weather and great beach...did have new appliances including washer and dryer. We would definitely re book!

Loved our stay this week! Everything was just like Ms Louise described. Fully stocked kitchen…..nice decor and plenty of room for our 8 guests. The view is gorgeous! Everyone at the resort was super friendly! The only thing that we were disappointed in was the putt putt golf across the street (free til 7 ) was not open while we were there. But other than that excellent stay. Would definitely stay again and definitely recommend it.

Several of my friends and I were on a Golf outing with several others. We attend this Golf outing each year. Last year we stayed at the Margate VRBO 10 miles North. We had more than enough room and and excellent view of the beach from that location. Unable to secure same VRBO this year, so searched for a VRBO similar on line, This VRBO appeared in our search, looked at the on-oline pictures and appeared similar. We had 6 golfers in our party, and were looking for seperate Beds for each Golfer. The decription of the property said it slept 8 people. And I am sure it did but 4 of our adult golfers had to share a bed. A little uncomfortable for strangers to do that. Did not specifically state the couch had to be rolled out to sleep additional people. Again, not very comfortable for individual golfers. It appears this may be a good property for a 'family' environment. Parents with children. But not for 6 adult golfers that would need privacy. Also at the last VRBO we stayed at last year, there was a notebook on the table that gave instructions on how to use the TV's in the VRBO, and a quick reference book on where the other attactions may be in this area. The parking for this VRBO is located 2 blocks from the unit, and is far from the facility. Not very convienent for adults that are golfing in the early mornings. . Also did not know this area was in a different town from N. Mrytle Beach and there were specific rules that the town imposed on this property. There were no lights allowed on the balcony where one could sit out at night and view the ocean front. . We felt these rules and other things such as parking should have been explained to our party before we booked the reservation. We will not be back next year to this location, we will look for another property closer to N. Mrytle Beach where we normally stay with our other group.

This Hotel/resort was so nice, clean, and conveniently located to just about anything you could want to do in Myrtle. Particularly the beach!!! It was big, spacious, comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities you could need/want. Let’s not forget, beach front property!!! It is my absolute hope to be able to rent this or a similar property again in the future. Thank you for an amazing experience and memories. I could not have asked for more!

The property was as described, but lived larger that it looks. My wife, son (14), and I spent the week here and never felt cramped or crowded. We spent everyday at the resort or the beach which was only steps away. The pool was never crowded and we always found an nice spot in the shade to just relax on the beach chairs.
