When I first came through the trees and saw the view for the first time I said Wow! And then I got to the cottage. A beautiful spot right on the water with everything you could want inside and out. I stayed by myself but could have easily seen my family in this space. I hope I get the opportunity to stay here again.

The place was very clean and the host attentive. Messages were responded to quickly. The setting was very relaxing and stress free. Also, the bungalow could not be in a more beautiful spot.

We love the Blueberry cottage! This is the second time we have stayed. Alma has made some updates, and the bed is fantastic and a new comfy sofa. There is also two awesome seating areas on the large deck, with outdoor heaters. The views are why we come. We love sitting outside looking out at the water and all of beautiful scenery and bird activity! Absolutely stunning! Everything you need is provided for a much needed getaway❤️❤️❤️

So many thoughtful details provided and attended to by the owner. It felt instantly like “home.” Kitchen was well stocked with all the dish and cookware needed and there were some upgrades to appliances and furniture that were unexpected and a treat. The waterside property was a great place to simply “be” and enjoy life at a slower pace.

The owner is just wonderful and very communicative. Property is very clean, well arranged and relaxing. Perfect spot right on the water and having the hot tub at the end of the day was just what the doctor ordered. Will definitely stay again.

My wife and I spent a relaxing rainy winter weekend at the cabin sitting at the fire pit table under the gazebo watching the rain bounce off the water and the ducks diving for food. There was a break in the weather long enough for us to walk the trail at Maple Hollow Park and we did venture out to the nearby Mexican restaurant (El Sombrero) and a little further to Massimos Italian restaurant - both of which I'd highly recommend. Other than that the cabin was just the perfect spot to relax by the water's edge and we're thinking of coming back in the summer so we can make use of the kayaks.

The Blueberry Cottage was exactly as described. It was well stocked with details that made us feel like we were home. The location on the bay was fabulous. We were able to relax on the deck and relax. I only wish we could have stayed longer. If we are ever visiting the area again I would definitely stay again.

Great get away cottage with low bank waterfront on protected bay. Very clean and will appointed. Full kitchen appliance made for easy cooking and cleaning. Enjoyed mid-height round table on deck for meals. Easy kayak launching and fun paddling around the bay.

We had the good fortune to meet Alma and that made me understand just why the cottage was so amazing. She is gracious, caring and kind. She has thought of everything. Great kitchen, well equip (and not with flimsy, cheap items I have experienced at other VBRO's). Extra supplies (tin foil, Saran Wrap, etc). Lovely deck where I spent hours reading and meditating. Quiet neighbors. She has created a magical space....star gazer lilies line the fence and are in pots on the deck. Just happens they are my favorite flower. Understand why so many people return year after year...you really have to.

Blueberry Cottage is a delightful getaway for us. The cabin is very clean with many useful amenities, ranging from very functional will appointed kitchen for cooking and cleaning, to solid wifi access. We enjoyed the spacious deck and gazebo and being able to enjoy the waterfront. We had a short visit from our daughter and kids, easy access from Seattle. The 5 year old got land based kayak lessons from me, and did just fine for the first time out on the water! Great adventure ! The raft and dock have been updated and very useful at mid-to-high tide.

This is a lovely little getaway; covered patio with lots of outdoor space to relax. Hiking nearby, kayaking around the Bay was great. Property was super clean and inviting. Neighbors nearby were unfortunately working on their property for most of the Saturday with loud machinery but we went on a hike for a couple hours and by early evening they stopped and we were able to enjoy ourselves. Not a deal breaker but just an FYI if that would be an issue. Owner communication is excellent.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was the perfect. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the deck. There is a lot to do around here as well, we drove out to Olymlic National Park a couple days.

Enjoyable stay overall, have been here a couple times. Place could use some updating but for the most part gets the job done. Only ran into two issues across both our stays. First being some leftover under garments from a previous guest’s stay which was a little off-putting. Second was the heating system and dryer stopped working on our most recent trip there, fortunately happened the day we left but this would have been a huge bummer had it happened earlier.

Loved the cottage. Decorated very cute and was very clean. The hot tub was awesome. Enjoyed seeing an eagle perched on a log out front near the water. I would definitely recommend this cottage for a nice, peaceful getaway.

We enjoyed our three peaceful days/nights at the cottage on the inlet. All was as described and pictured in the listing. The deck was especially large and comfortable with seating options for sun or shade, all overlooking the water. The house was immaculate and the kitchen well equipped. Hope to stay again!
