About this condo rental
Nestled in Mendon, this lovely condo for $160 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This is an end unit with no one above or below you. It is important not to rent a unit with anyone above you especially in ski season due to noise. There is a sauna in the unit that is private and also one in the amenity building but there is NOT a Jacuzzi in unit just a very large tub but the tub in unit is NOT a jacuzzi there is a jacuzzi in the amenity building Fire code max 8 adults /guests I have bunk beds now in the one room so I have one set of twin bunks and two twin beds in that room so sleeping for 4 persons then master king bedroom and third bedroom has king bed plus sofa sleeper in living room Totally Renovated: 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, there is an additional bathroom with a sauna LARGE tub NOT a Jacuzzi tub, and shower. Large entry: has a bench, coat rack, area for skis and boots. Washer and dryer off the entry. Bedrooms: Master is downstairs with a king bed and private bath.Both king bedroom have new memory foam mattresses. Master bedroom has a ceiling fan. Two bedrooms upstairs one has a king bed the other has two twin beds and a twin loft type bed. King bedroom downstairs/upstairs have a memory foam mattress that will be new in June along with the new king bed furniture, coverlets,down comforters, luxury duvets, and luxury pillows. Blackout drapes are in the master and king bedrooms. All bedrooms have flat screen TV’s and DVD players. Wood burning fireplace with wood provided. New glass tile hearth absolutely stunning unit. Baths: 2 custom Mosaic tiled showers, mater has an oversize shower with Speakman shower head tiled floors and granite tops in the sink area. The Upstairs shower has a rain bath showerhead, marble flooring and marble sink area. The Jacuzzi, sauna and shower bath has wood flooring. The sauna holds 4 people comfortably. Living room: LARGE flat screen TV, with DVD player, CD player with nice stereo, ipad hook up and easy access game hook up cable provided. Wood burning fireplace with queen sleeper sofa. glass tiled hearth Kitchen: Full size stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, granite counter tops. Counter with stools. Ample cooking and serving utensils. Open concept kitchen. Dining Room: Seating for 8 Other: Full high-speed wireless internet in unit Games for the kids, adults, playing cards, markers, pencils, various office supplies along with printer paper for the printer. lighting: High hat in ceiling lighting gives a modern feel in the kitchen and hall. Provided: Firewood steps from the front door, fire starters, linens, towels, toiletries, laundry soap, dish soap, dish liquid, dish towels, paper towels, napkins, tissues, salt-pepper, assorted spices, tea, coffee, sugar, and Splenda. This is the epitome of luxury ski condos for the most discriminating guest. The condo is very clean. The kitchen is equipped with every cooking tool ever needed. The owner was easy to communicate with and quickly answered any inquiry I had. I have skied at killington for over forty years and have stayed at many condos. This is an exceptional property very close to the mountain.

We leveled our stay here. Even though the walk to the lift was farther than we thought we really enjoyed that this in an end unit and is 2 stories, therefore we never once heard or saw neighbors. Woke up to the snowy woods with the blinds up every morning.
Tons of supplies in the kitchen, good water pressure, plenty of games and books.
The one negative is this house does not have any smart TVs. So, o Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu, etc. There is basic cable and a DVD player. If I'd known in advance I would have brought my own Apple TV so we could rent and watch the movies we wanted. Other than that it was a great stay!

Trail creek is one oh the nearest location regarding the departure of ski lifts.
The appartment is of a proper size and well equiped.

Our family enjoyed the unit, including the sauna. The kitchen is well stocked! Cozy family room with fireplace too. We had about a ten minute walk to the base but it was manageable. Great weekend and thanks Kim!

Beautiful spot
Back unit. Views if the woods and brook. Very quiet and close to the Mt. We didn’t get to figuring out the back trails to ski in but we saw them.
Condo complex very nice, wood for fire. Not being to drive to unit a pain as fire department declared it closed so it’s carts to bring gear. No biggie.

Spectacular summer escape
A stunning, two-story, end-unit townhome in a prime location. One of the best appointed homes that we've rented -- anything you need is provided, from fans each bedroom to rainy day board games to extensive dishware, even a full spice rack. Loved the creek-side patio for quiet morning breakfasts. Community pool/spa were closed for maintenance during our stay, but looked relaxing. We did encounter one problem during our stay, but it was resolved promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and return.

Place is great, exactly as described and the location is amazing if you’re doing anything on the mountain. I will note that there is no air-conditioning. I didn’t even think of looking, and it did get down to 65° the weekend we were there, but on hot summer days it could be an issue. Overall great!!!

Very Difficult
Prior to trip I kindly asked owner if we could check-in at 4.00 pm, she reluctantly replied that as long as the cleaning people were out it "should" be ok. We arrived in deep snow to a long, poorly shoveled walkway with our bags only to find out the code did work. I phoned owner and she said that check in was not until 5pm and that we had to come back (even even though unit was clean and vacant). We again came back at 5:30pm with same bags and newly purchased groceries, code again would not work and owner could not be reached. We were locked out of our expensive unit in a snow storm until 8pm at which time I booked a hotel room nearby. Owner finally called back and programmed code. We will never rent from this owner again. Unit had more notes telling guests what "not" to do than what we could do. Was not welcoming at all!

Very convenient location. We took the shuttle to base lodge and skied home. Unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Kim was very thorough and helpful throughout the process. Would stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful place! We were able to ski. The slopes are so close. We cooked. Kitchen is well equipped. We loved it and will hopefully come back! Thanks to Kim for being patient with us. Found everything eventually...

Phenomenal Professional Host
This property is in a phenomenal location - the set of condos that is just off of snowshed mountain. 10 minute walk to the lifts, with a ski trail that leads you to a two minute walk back home in the evenings (with a shuttle if you prefer...although its slower than walking)

Too much stuff in the apartment. Too cluttered.
It has everything - except space. Furniture every where.
And too many drawers and closets closed to the tenant.
You pay for a full apartment and do not get to use all of it.
Most condos in skiing areas have one or two closets closed. This Unit has several closets locked. Even drawers of dresser was locked.
The bed downstairs is too high for a normal person. You cannot sit on it. Have to jump up to climb to bed.
Too complicated to watch tv in the living room.
Sauna is listed. But no directions on how to use.
Every drawer is full of office supplies. It seems that owner runs a business from the Unit.
We went on vacation. Not on a business trip.
Downstairs bathroom does not drain. Water goes the wrong way of the drainer. One has to push the water to drain.... in other words: you shower. Then you work for 5 minutes to get the water out...
Whole Unit is too old. Will not warm even with thermostat at 90 degrees.
Will not rent again.

Lovely spot, great jumping off spot to explore New England in the fall. This property has everything you need. Close to great restaurants and the great outdoors. Bonus of a great golf course right across the street.

Kim was very quick in her responses to my e-mails. The check-in/entry process was very easy. The condo was very well kept, cozy but with that luxury feel. The soaker tub was wonderful as was the dry sauna. The beds were ridiculously comfortable! The combination of memory foam mattresses and hotel grade heavy blankets (a nice weight to them but did not overheat you!) I had one of the best sleeps I've had in a long time. She had the convo stocked with all the little extras you would need. The condo location was in very close proximity to the main street with bars/restaurants/other hotels. I highly recommend this condo to those looking to stay in the Killington area.
