About this condo rental
Nestled in Jay, this charming condo for $135 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Spacious and bright 2-bedroom ski-in, ski-out condo in one of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Jay Peak, Vermont. Located in one of the newest Village condominium buildings, the condo is right on the Granny Jay trail, so you can ski or ride away directly from the front door. No walking required! The condo has many extras that are harder to find in other ski-in, ski-out condos at Jay Peak, including a pristine cook's kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, new living room furniture with sleeper sofa, 49" flat screen HD TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, and built-in boot heaters. The condo has been immaculately maintained and has been updated recently with stylish and comfortable living room furniture and new carpeting throughout the condo. Relax by the cozy brick hearth fireplace after a day on the slopes, watch a movie from the movie library, or play a board game from our collection. Sleds and snowshoes are available at the condo to add to the winter fun. The condominium sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large attached bath and closet and 32" flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk with twin trundle bed, roomy closet and another flat-screen TV. The living room has a new queen-size sofabed. All linens, pillows and blankets are provided. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, and an outdoor locker to store your gear. The condo does not have a hot tub; however there is a large shared hot tub available at the Pumphouse Water Park for a daily use fee. There is one assigned parking space for the condo, in front of the condo building. The Village Association requires all other vehicles to park in the free covered parking garage at the Tram Base. We have an identical 2-bedroom condo (Village 452B) adjacent to this one that's also available for rent if your party needs additional space or you are traveling with multiple families. Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area in the East and is well-known for its beautiful and challenging glade trails (trails dotted with trees) for beginners through experts. Jay Peak also has the only aerial tram in New England, and an award-winning Graham Cooke-designed Championship Golf Course. You and your companions can also take advantage of the many amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many restaurants and bars at the mountain. The "Clips N Reels" recreation center at Stateside is 5 minutes from the condo, with a movie theater, clip-in ropes course and arcade. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family! The condo is also a beautiful place to be in summer and fall, overlooking the ski trail and nearby woods. Air conditioning (rare to find in condos at Jay Peak) is included via a wall-mounted Mitsubishi unit in the living area. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Tram Base, Ice Arena and Water Park, or a 5 minute walk to Stateside. Many of our guests take advantage of the free Jay Peak shuttle that runs year-round between the condos and the restaurants and shops at the Tram Base and Stateside. The condo was perfect in every way, cozy, clean and well equipped. Deb had everything that we could possibly need and then some. Super sparkling clean to boot! The fireplace was great to cozy up with in the evenings after being in the cold rink all day. Location was great, very quiet as well. Thanks for such a great spot. We will rent again if we come back.

Great place! Stayed at Jay numerous times and this was by far the best location. Beautiful condo with plenty of space for our family of 4. Had all the kitchen tools we needed to not have to leave at all if we didn’t want to. The gas fire place kept us cozy, and the washer and dryer was very convenient! Totally a “stay again” spot.

Walk less that 30ft to get on Grammy Jay and start skiing!! The place had a locker for the skis and a warmer/dryer for our boots

We really enjoyed being able to ski in and ski out. The condo was spacious and fully met the needs of our family of four. We loved the family board games, the open kitchen, and the boot dryer for four boots!
Deb was especially fantastic and accommodating in multiple ways. First, she let us reschedule our travel dates early in the season (when the slopeside lift from the condo wasn't yet operating). Also, she mailed a much-loved skillet to us after we had inadvertently left it behind. Kudos for going above and beyond. Deb clearly cares about her condo unit and her guests.

My family and I had a great stay at Deb's condo. We spent 3 nights over a long weekend and would definitely book again and recommend to others. Communication was great as Deb sent us everything we needed in advance of our arrival and checked in on us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed.
Check-in was a breeze and having a dedicated parking spot right outside the condo made unloading/loading the car easy. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. My boys enjoyed the board games and having their own space in the bunk room. The location can't be beat and made the skiing experience all the better. Thank you Deb for the hospitality!

Let me first say that the owners are wonderful communicators and the condo is exactly as listed. We've rented properties in the past and checkin has never been easier. Not to mention we didn't have to start the car after arrival. Ski in - ski out and a shuttle if you were to ever need to get anywhere in the village. Thank you to the hosts and we will see you again in the future!!
