Ogólnie hotel z bardzo dobrą lokalizacją blisko do transportu publicznego autobusie i trolejbusów i SKM. Centrum także w pobliżu. Pokój zadbany wymaga jednak drobnego odświeżenia.suszarka turystyczna i deska do prasowania i odkurzacz. Winda
Nie wszystkie kontakty działały światło w toalecie po kilku dniach mocno mrugało lodówka bez zamrażalki brak gąbki w aneksie kuchennym brak kodu do śmietnika telewizor czasami gubił sygnał

- the location was good.
-the internet was terrible.
-the communication between myself and the hotel, awful.
-the walls really need to be painted as there are marks on every wall, looks so scruffy and untidy.
-the member of staff that gave me the keys, was smoking when she did it, she spoke quickly, had an issue that a family member walked me over to make sure I’m safe. she was overall very rude.
-the sofa, in the living room, is awful! so hard, hard to sleep on or to sit on.
-the remote control keys were not working.
-the door lock doesn’t shut probably.
