Stayed here for six days and it was amazing! The pictures are exactly how it looks. The beds are very soft and comfortable. Kitchen has full amenities and the sunken tub was my most favorite. I felt like I was staying in a five star hotel. Lots of great restaurants around the area and coffee shops. Very quiet and simple to find things that you need within the house. I will most definitely stay here again!

Clean, nicely furnished, lots of attention to detail. It had all the supplies I’d reach for in my own home. Excellent owner communication. Central location, great neighborhood, quiet, good parking, very easy checkin and check out which was important to me as a single traveler going in at night.

City Haven II was comfortable, cute and had everything we needed! We were moving our daughter to UW from out of state and the house was a short drive to all the stores we needed to buy dorm essentials and just a couple of miles from campus. The on site laundry and parking were great amenities. My husband had to work and the WiFi and workspace allowed him to easily take calls. We walked to dinner each night as there were great restaurants just a few blocks away. We hope to stay here when we visit our Husky in the future!

The 5 star ratings are true! House was just like the photos. Lovely updated and clean home in convenient to downtown area. Coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent provided. Bus stops are close by. The small grocery store 2 blocks away on Fremont St is fantastic for easy grocery shopping and had delicious prepared salads and sandwiches.

We finished a three week road-trip in Seattle and rewarded ourselves with a stay at this property. We were very happy- one of the best properties we have rented. We had a great visit in Seattle from PA. The cottage was very beautiful, clean and had more than enough for a comfortable stay of the family of four. The location was great and within a short walk from a small grocery store, gas stations right around the corner. The house book included useful information and a nice story behind the owners rental home. We would highly recommend this property!

We stayed at City Haven II for several nights. It was wonderful. The location is great and a close walk to restaurants, Green Lake, and groceries. The rental had a huge kitchen and dining area with everything we needed. There was a desk in a corner of the living room that was perfect for a couple of video calls that I had to do for work. On top of all of that, there was a good TV with access to lots of channels and a washer/dryer. We’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals. This was one of the best. Will definitely keep this on our radar and stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.

Our family of four enjoyed this house while vacationing in Seattle. It is minutes away from the zoo and Space Needle by car. We can see why the homeowners kept this quaint and quiet location after previously living here. If staying in Seattle, we would highly recommend! This house is beautiful! Monica

We were in town for a wedding. This was a lovely home that was convenient for our needs. Public transportation right out front. While it was a busy street, could not hear the street noise. Host was very responsive. We would book this again should we ever be in the area.

This place is in an excellent location, just make sure to tell your taxi driver to access the home via the alley, outs spent a couple minutes circling the block. E-line is a short hop away and can quickly take you into downtown Seattle with no problems. Host was great, place was awesome and clean.

We stayed here for a few days prior to taking a cruise out of Seattle. Location was great, short drive to everything we needed. It was great to have a designated parking space in an otherwise congested area for street parking. Everything we needed was made available to us. My only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the second bedroom as my parents had difficulty sleeping due to it being a bit lighter throughout the night than they are used to. Overall excellent stay and would stay here again!

We came in 2 days before our cruise and stayed at this perfectly wonderful place. Very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the neighborhood as well as the city! Excellent communication when we had questions. It is on a busy road but you can’t hear road noise inside the house, except for emergency vehicles. Can barely see the road because shrubs have been strategically planted. Slept great, quiet neighborhood and grocery store within walking distance. Awesome place, great remodel and nicely decorated. Very enjoyable!

The cottage is very cute, nicely updated and just what we needed as a home base to explore Seattle! There is a bit of road noise but that is to be expected in a large city. Everything was very clean, communication was excellent and check-in was flawless.

This apartment was perfect for our spring break trip! It has plenty of space, is comfortable, and is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking your own meals. Public transportation is available nearby, and there is a bus stop right out the front door! We loved having a "home base" to come home to after a day of sightseeing. Lots of cool restaurants and shops are within walking distance, if you are able to manage walking up hills. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Seattle!
