About this house rental

Situated in North Cape May, this lovely house for $411 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to your beach home-away-from-home! This shore house has been renovated and includes modern upgrades along with a few personal touches. Our family loves spending time here because we are a block away from the beach, about a 5 minute drive to the local ACME super market and about a 10 minute car ride to the beaches of Cape May and Wildwoods. We have great neighbors and are located in a safe neighborhood. Our beach home features hardwood floors throughout, carpet in the two smaller bedrooms and hardwood in our master bedroom. We have 1 king size and 2 queen sized beds. There are two bathrooms, one with tub and shower combination. Master bedroom offers standing shower and outdoor shower too. Our kitchen is fully loaded with cooking and dining instruments including pots, pans, and cutlery. We have a dining room table in the kitchen, there is also bistro style seating at the counter. We have a mudroom with washer and dryer for tenants to use. The porch is perfect for hanging out with your family, grilling and relaxing after a long "bay day" or beach day. An enclosed outside shower makes cleaning off sand a breeze. There is off street parking. No meters are in the streets and parking permits are not required. We Do Not provide sheets, towels, pillows, or beach towels. Please bring your own or rent them from local vendors. We can provide you with contacts for rental agencies and also bed sizes. ****NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS.**** Cleaning fee is $150.00 expense paid by the tenants. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 11 AM unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to checking in. We must make sure the home is clean for the next guests, thank you for understanding. There is a refundable $500.00 damage deposit for this rental and it will not be waived under any circumstances. Damage deposits are returned 1 week after checkout date provided our home is left in good/no extra cleaning condition. Inspections will be performed after tenants vacate the premises by property manager and cleaning company. Any additional cleaning will result in a deduction from your security deposit. **In the event of damages, ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED, no matter how small/large. We ask you respect our home and leave it as you have found it. Please sanitize and wipe down all of the bathrooms and common areas. Tenants must wash all dishes, put away plates and dish-ware, empty trash and refrigerator upon checkout. Failure to maintain these rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

My family wanted a quiet getaway at a beach and we found that here. The location was very close to the beach and we walked with our chairs and blankets in tow each night to see the sunset. All the tools we needed to cook outside and cook inside were provided. My family and I appreciated the home for our few days there. The hosts were helpful and called us the night before to give us the details to make our stay even more enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed this property very much. The house was clean and enough space for 6 adults. The proximity to the bay beach was great & we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. Away from all the Cape May hustle but close enough if you felt the need to go and explore. We visited all the local wineries and had dinner at Willow Creek which was pricey but great. Already booked for next year! We can't wait! Thank you for sharing your home.

We had a wonderful time at the home. It’s a block from the bay beach which is calm and great for little kids. The house was spacious and outdoor shower is extremely convenient after the beach. Very short walk to restaurant Harpoons as well. Overall great time.

We loved this house for a long weekend with friends. Both families had small children and there was plenty of space, the house was clean and beautiful - and the location one block to the beach was fabulous. The hosts were great with communication and everything was seemless. Would totally return next summer.

We had a great stay. House was clean when we arrived and exactly as we had expected. Kristy and Rick were very easy to get in touch with and were as prompt as possible with an air conditioning issue. Location was perfect a block from the bay and also as a watch-spot for my family to watch during the Cape May triathlon that I participated in. About 10 minutes from Washington Street Mall and main beach area. Highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

This was the third time we have rented this property and expect to continue renting it for the foreseeable future. The communication with Rick and Kristy is superb. The house is great for our needs and ideally located. Thanks for a great time. Even the weather was great.

While the neighborhood, and house are lovely we had a huge problem with ants. We had prepared in advance to cook most of our meals but the kitchen counters was infested with ants. As a result we were forced to eat most meals out. The owner of the property offered to reimburse us for the can of ant spray we purchased! Big sport! How about the inconvenience and meals we were forced to eat out. I will say other than the ant problem the house would have been great!

The home was every bit as pretty as the pictures. My wife commented that they must shop at the same places she loves. :-) We loved the convenience to the Bay Beach as well as the overall quiet neighborhood feel. Tremendous value for the price in my book.

This is my 4th vacation at this home in Town Bank and I love it. I had my daughter and her 2 daughters for a few days and then just my cousin for the end of the week. We all had lots of room and privacy. Love the sunsets and we usually would go into Cape May for the beach. It's a short 10-12 min ride.
