This fully furnished place is in the heart of (URL HIDDEN) within walking distance of hospital, library, post office and many retail stores. The Kenai River runs through town and the location can serve as a traveler's base to go 71 miles to scenic Homer; 35 miles to Captain Cook State Recreational Park; 40 miles from Cooper Landing; and 62 miles to Seward. This 620 square foot apartment has a cozy living room, kitchen with small dining table. The two bedrooms are spacious and offer two options for sleeping comforts with a queen size pillow top mattress and queen size tempurpedic mattress. All bedding is bed bug protected and runs through the sanitization cycle after each stay. Guests will have access to stream movies or television through Roku and available streaming apps.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, kitchen was reasonably well stocked, owner was responsive and helpful and even arranged return of a shirt left by one of us. We will definitely remember for next time we're in the area.

This house has been perfect for us, I had a knee replacement and this 1 story clean house was perfect! All rooms big enough for a walker everything I needed was here! Recently updated and a terrific porch with table and chairs to BBQ outside. Close to everything we needed. Holly even changed dates for me when my surgery changed so I could stay here. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience! Mike and Vicki

This apartment is cozy and so well appointed. Completely renovated, has a great kitchen to cook in, comfortable living area, and the beds were amazing! Located right in the middle of everything in Soldotna! Holly, the host, was amazing, responsive and so very helpful.
