Property was very clean and tidy. Nice clean linens too! Very responsive owners who provided us with the best day trip drive EVER...less than one hour drive through stunning farmland to La Conner which is a great waterfront town with great lunch options and cool shops, then on to Deception Pass bridge and park with breathtaking views, over the bridge to Whidbey Island, and then took the short ferry to Mukilteo for a wonderful water view dinner, and home to the lovely cottage for Fireworks over the water from our front porch...dreamy🙂 Thank you, we will be back!

The owner of the property was very nice. The pluses of the property is that the house was clean, and the appliances were in good working order. It is only 2 blocks to the lake and boat ramp and there is a place on the property to park a boat and have more than one car in the parking area. There were minimal amenities, such as no hand soap by the kitchen sink, each bedroom did not have fans for the hot nights when we stayed there, and the swing on the front poach was broken (Needs repair to safely sit on it) The yard is not fenced which posed a problem with having small children and being on such a busy street. The property itself sits on a noisy street that has heavy traffic on it till around 10:00 PM. If you are wanting a quiet get away, this would not be the property for you.

Nice, clean home walking distance to market and restaurants and Lake. Only one bathroom - and its downstairs, and the stairs are very steep. But a very comfortable stay overall.

Comfortable space for my 2 sisters and I to share as we visited family in Monroe WA. Everything was as advertised, with plenty of towels and things in the kitchen to create a home away from home for a few days. We all agreed the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed good night's sleep there. The house was a little musty smelling upon arrival; we assumed it had been a few weeks since anyone stayed there. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely rent the house again if the need arises.

Jennifer was very accommodative to a special request. Location was a short walk to our event. Well stocked. Comfortable. If our event happens again next year, we will be back.

The cottage was the best location for our needs. We needed a place close to Lake Stevens High School where my son was participating in a Decathlon. This cottage gave us the opportunity to relax with no stress getting to the venue. The cottage was well stocked and very clean. We would definitely stay again!

The cottage was just big enough for our family of 4 and several guests who came to visit. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to eat in rather than spend money eating out. The bathroom was clean, spacious and great hot shower. The beds were comfy and all slept well. The town of Lake Stevens is very accessible and although it was cold, we walked and explored often. Summertime would be great as well. All in all the cottage was comfortable and a much better solution to staying in a hotel.
