Reg $255 per night APRIL Discount $199 per night Come make memories at our luxury home on the 18th green of the Sleepy Ridge Golf Course. Enjoy the spectacular views of the lush golf course, surrounding mountains and unforgettable sunsets from the large private balcony with motorized sun/privacy shade that overlooks the final hole of the course. Includes a gas BBQ and comfortable patio furniture. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and provides accommodations for up to 8 people. The king size master suite features a large private bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub, shower & walk in closet. The three other bedrooms have queen size beds. There is a fully operational kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with stools. Also included for your convenience are a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet, central stereo, air conditioning, garage parking and smart TV’s. This is a great place to stay for all BYU & UVU events. The close proximity to the highway makes it easy to get to anywhere in Utah County with several entertainment and dining spots nearby. There are cinemas, playhouses, sporting venues, shopping and restaurants all within minutes. Salt Lake International Airport is 50 minutes. Sundance Resort is 30 minutes. Brighton Ski Resort is 40 minutes. Long and short term rentals available. For the price of a hotel why not have a 4 bedroom home!

This property was as listed. It had the space we needed (although 1 bedroom doesn’t have a closet but we made it work.)

Although there was some hiccups with some dirty sheets, the property owner made things right very quickly. We were satisfied with the response. I would stay here again. It is a nice place with a relaxing atmosphere.

Check-in at 4pm ended up being 5:20pm because the cleaners were still there. Cleanliness was 3 stars.

Lots of sleeping space with 2 twin mattresses to pull out.
Mosquitos haven so bring DEET. Gorgeous views and LOVE the location.
AC was on and we were cold a lot of the time. Didn’t want to touch thermostat though.
May have had cats in house before, feline urine smell in one bedroom.

This house was perfect for our stay. It has an amazing Jew of the 18th green, and the house was in excellent condition. We will definitely be staying here again. Also, the host was very responsive and friendly

I returned home with athletes foot. Other than that, it was a very nice home.
Someone needs to fix your water leak in the back. You have constant leakage and your foundation is probably in trouble around that area.

We enjoyed our week at Links at Sleepy Ridge! The view from the deck is spectacular and the convenient walking distance to the club house was an unexpected surprise. The house is close to many restaurants that deliver, and only a 30 minute drive to Sundance for dinner. We couldn’t have made a better selection for our week in Provo/Orem.

Enjoyed the golf course back yard and the fireworks courtesy of someone else’s party at the club house.

It was nice but there are a few maintenance tasks needed. The front door lock doesn’t work, master bath toilet light is not working and master bedroom door is coming loose from the hinges.

Give this one a 9 out of 10. All was very good. The things I did notice was a bbq grill that had not been cleaned and carpets needed cleaned or replaced.

Everything from cleanliness to convenience, it was top notch! I was so impressed with how well this home was run. We will definitely be staying here again when in town. It was so comfortable and it felt like I was in my own home. They thought of all the little things you may need.

Everything went well. Communication was great, and we had no issues while there. Beautiful balcony to watch the golfers from. Kitchen was well equipped and even had an ice cream scoop!

Our daughter got married at Sleepy Ridge wedding venue and we had family coming from the Netherlands. This house was perfect. The view on the golf course and the venue was great. The house was spacey and luxurious and the proximity to the venue - made it all super easy for ourselves, our family and our elderly grandmoms. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay. Very roomy home with tall doors, wide hallway and tall ceilings. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. We loved the relaxing balcony overlooking the pond and golf course. Beautiful neighborhood . Would definitely come back for another stay.
