This two bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! Remodeled throughout, with a new split system AC just added, this unit is now a prime destination for an absolutely blissful vacation! (No additional A/C blower in guest bedroom) Located on the fourth floor of a four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!) This lovely condo has everything you need for an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway!! I work with a Turo (online vehicle rental company) representative on the big island for vehicle rentals, and my guests do get a nice discount!! Great location, just south of town but not too far. Several easy ways to exit Kona and explore the rest of the island. Like most places, it doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the unit is beautiful with a stunning picture postcard view. We chose this unit for the beautiful large lanai with big table. That is where we took all our meals.
We did a lot of cooking and the unit is well stocked with everything you could possibly think of. Literally I could not come up with anything I needed that was not there. There are plenty of extras, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and lots of other things. All of the furnishings are high quality.
There was a lot of care put into maintaining this unit that I don't often see elsewhere. It came with plenty of paper towels, toilet paper and more. That was not expected. Things like silverware were higher quality which was nice because I'm used to finding cheap mismatched furnishings in some of these rentals.
When we checked into the unit, the TV was set to play Hawaiian music, the sliding glass doors were open and it was like walking into a dream. This building also has an elevator which I guess some of them don't. So that's a big plus. If we returned to Kona we would happily stay here again.

The home was immaculate and well stocked with everything we needed (and more!). We loved sitting on the lanai eating breakfast and watching the surfers catch waves. The weather in Kona was warm, but we never needed the AC, and we slept with the lanai doors open and listened to the waves crash. Location was the perfect distance from downtown. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to big island.

The property was just as described online, if not better. The view couldn't have been more perfect and the lanai furniture was so comfortable to enjoy the view. The house was well stocked and had all the necessity items we needed. The road-side bedroom was a little loud, but not bothersome, and was expected per the description. Our kids didn't have trouble sleeping in that room. Communication with the host was great. We'd stay here again!

Smaller bedroom will not cool down even trying to blow cool air in with available fans. Granddaughter was sweating at night.

Beautiful setting once you enter the condo. The fans were on and the tv had Hawaiian music playing. The view of the ocean and sunsets are incredible from the balcony. Its in a great location. It has comfortable beds and pillows. Nice towels and amenities. Some of the fixtures need to be replaced as they show some rust due to the salt water but overall its clean and best of all no moldy smell like some places have near the water. We would highly recommend staying here.

It was our first time on the Big Island and we wanted to see many places so we didn’t spend a lot of time on the beach. So the location was perfect even though the beach outside the property is not very swimmable. The views are spectacular especially the sunsets.

This was great for our needs--a golden anniversary stay with our son, his wife and our grandson. The view was fantastic, with ocean on one side and (to our surprise) a distant view of the glow from Mauna Loa's eruption from the other side. The main bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathrooms and laundry facilities were great, although the second bedroom was smaller and noisier during an early morning trash pickup. The pool and the water equipment (snorkel, pool noodles, etc.) were a big plus, as were the laundry and kitchen supplies.

This was the perfect stay for our family of four. Had everything pretty much anything one could asked for in terms of space, complete kitchen, generous amenities, location, amazing views and a great host too! This will definitely be a top memorable stay for our family. Hope to be back soon!!

I love this place! My family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights. We were in town for a wedding. The views are gorgeous, you can see sea turtles swimming, fish. Surfers out everyday which we really enjoyed watching. Clean and nicely decorated. Well stocked. Great location! We definitely will be returning for a vacation soon!

I can't say enough good things about our trip. It truly felt like home away from home. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We spent so much time on the lanai which was such a nice place to read, work or relax. The condo has been updated and contains very nice furnishings and amenities which really made it feel like home. My mother loved falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean. We were truly sad to leave.

Beautiful property and location. The common property and condo were well maintained. The condo was equipped with a well-provisioned kitchen, very comfortable furniture and plenty of towels. Hours were spent on the lanai enjoying the waves, colorful fishes, surfers, extraordinary sunsets and just relaxing. At night, fell asleep to the sounds of the waves. Holly was amazing to work with. Could not have asked for more.

You really don't need to go further than the lanai for one of the best views in Kona, especially at sunset. The air conditioner kept the unit cool when we needed it, and the upgraded fans were great when we wanted to leave the windows and doors open. The bathrooms do not have much airflow, so a small fan helps surviving a shower especially in the 2nd bathroom... But other than that, this condo is well stocked with everything you might need. It even has a rice cooker! Great stay, highly recommended.

This place was perfection! Lovely furnishings, and the place had everything for the beach, like boogie boards, chairs, an umbrella, and even snorkelling gear! Check in was a breeze and Holly was super responsive to questions. The beach is so cool, with black rocks, pockets of sand, and a great surfing area. Great pool too! Will definitely return!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as household supplies. The beds were very comfortable. They also had all the items you’d need for the perfect beach day. Snorkeling gear, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards provided. The sunsets were amazing. Watching the surfers and sea turtles from the balcony or shore behind the condo was very entertaining. Plenty of tide pools to explore. Make sure to bring a good pair of beach shoes to walk on the rocks and to avoid the urchins when exploring the tide pools. Great location and a quick drive to a ton of shops and restaurants. Holly was great through the entire process. Would 100% stay at this location again.

The condo is perfect in every way; location, amazing ocean views and sunsets, quiet but for the beautifful sounds of the ocean! The unit very clean, it has EVERYTHING you need or can think of. It has relatively new appliances and the kitchen is fully stocked. We celebrated our 40th anniversary, we could not have picked a better place, it was fabulous! Holly was totally responsive, before and during our stay, very quick and detailed in her responses. We had a wonderful time, highly recommend it!!!

This property was exactly as described. Normally I leave very long reviews as often I will have something to complain about (even if it is something relatively trivial). I do not give 5 stars lightly as that equates to perfection. The property is extremely well equipped. If you are looking at similar condos that are cheaper but not ocean front i would advise spending that extra (or having one day less) to stay ocean front like this condo. Holly was prompt and polite and there was lots of helpful info upon arrival. We had a wonderful time. Book this condo if it is on your shortlist!

Amazing - Ocean Views, Breeze and Sound
Our family loved this Condo! Ocean views are gorgeous, breeze is refreshing and the sound of the ocean can lull you into sleep and gently wake you up in the morning!
The balcony, master bedroom and the living room all have great view of the ocean. We saw turtles swim and surfers surf all from the comfort of our balcony as we played cards.
The Condo is one of the best stocked VRBOs we have seen! It comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, snorkels, lots of towels and more!
The location is perfect. It is 10 minutes from downtown of Kona and close to some of the best surfing and snorkeling areas. Yet you felt like you are tucked away in a paradise!
Holly was great to work with and we would love to come back and stay at this Condo, while in the Big Island of Hawaii.

Stay Here! You Won’t Regret It!
Lovely experience all around. From check in to check out. Condo was clean and well equipped. Holly communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. Having a washer/dryer was an added bonus. The pool area was great and the beach was spotless. The proximity to the ocean can’t be beat. Sitting on the lanai watching the sunsets in the evenings and the surfers in the mornings were highlights for us. And of course, we spent the rest of the time exploring the Beaty of The Big Island. Great condo and amazing trip!
