Property was just as listed. No real surprises. We enjoyed our stay.

First appearances were not nice, Bulk Head was under construction lots of loose dirt right out the door to the docks, the inside was nice had plenty of room. I would suggest letting the customer know when there is construction going on so as too let them make a choice to stay there or look at other properties. All the people I met there were really nice and friendly just would have like to have been informed of the construction.

My family had a great time over the weekend. We had a 3 day function on the beach and this was a perfect end of day refuge to wash off the day and relax. Thank you so much

There was construction in the back yard and was not very relaxing to sit out back in the evening and watch the guy work. The ac was not allowed to be turned down past 74. There was a note above the thermostat threading being charged with ac tech fees if the unit froze up by being turned down. Ac drain leaked into apartment and there was water standing in the floor. Not a good experience.

We were really close to numerous beaches and the fishing off of the dock was really good. The outlets in the kitchen did not work and there was no cold water in the kitchen sink but that did not bother us to much. We will definitely try and stay here again when we come back to the coastal bend!

Good hosts, nice neighbors, convenient and safe location. Comfortable bed in master. Kitchen has dishes, glasses, and silverware, but if you want to cook, bring whatever you need. Grill was advertised but not on site. Overall a nice stay, would book again.

Where do I begin? Let’s start with not being able to access the property with the code given. Then the freezing cold shower. Then once told to flip the breakers, still barely lukewarm water. Broken washer and dryer. Rusty old chairs in the patio. The owner made sarcastic comments about my disabled husbands service dogs and tried to charge us a ridiculous amount extra bc I left out a paper bowl used for dog food by accident, even though I was already charged the cleaning fee. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very unexpectedly great.

It was decent clean and comfortable. AC did not get cold enough for us. The apartment is out dated for sure, but we were paying for the location being right on the water to have a boat slip. Allnwas ok but the Manager was extremely rude about us calling him. We called him twice and he was complaining that he could not hear us, but he seemed like he juat did not want to be bothered. When we arrived there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the restroom and no more to be found in the apartment. We called to ask for him to send more, the manager was very disrespectful asking us if we had already used all the toilet paper! We had just arrived.. NO we did not use all the TP guy, you just did not supply any. He then tell us he will send more the next day? Never showed up. Not a big deal overall, but this guy needs to work on his customer service skills.. never treat a customer like that. We will not be staying here again simply because that type of attitude does not deserve repeat business.

The Condo we stay that was very comforting and the area and the people were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we'll stay again. Robert and Kelly were amazing people and we had no problems getting a hold of them whatsoever. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable

We all had a great stay at Roberts property. He upgraded us to a two bedroom. Great to walk 20ft to get in the boat or as my Daughter did, catch 9 red drum from the dock. All in all, we had a great time.......Larry

Loved that property was right on the water. Very conveniently located. Property manager easy to work with and fast to respond to any question. Always a plus to have a washer and dryer too. Pet friendly and just overall a great property. Would definitely stay again.
