About this condo rental
Nestled in Sugar Mountain, this lovely condo for $161 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This cozy, two bedroom condo is located just a few minutes from the slopes of Sugar Mountain and is perfect for your mountain getaway. After a long day of activities on Sugar Mountain and surrounding areas, this mountainside condo is the perfect place to relax. The main level includes a living room , fully furnished kitchen area, king size bedroom, and a full bath. The second bedroom located downstairs has two queen beds and a full bath with a private entrance. There is a full sofa bed and a flat-screen TV in the living room area. Complimentary WiFi and Cable TV are available for your enjoyment. Each floor of the unit has accessible balconies to enjoy the beautiful sights and sounds of Sugar Mountain. Non-smoking, Absolutely NO Pets from December through March. Pet-friendly may be available seasonally. There are pet size/breed and number restrictions please confirm with us before booking. Please acknowledge that there is a $100 pet fee(per pet). Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

The numbering system has always been poor, but after some hunting we found the unit. Having no hot water was another issue. A few hours later we got a return call and found the value. The unit is older, the wifi (and TV) were spotty, and the 2 forks isn't enough. It was okay for what we needed which was a place to sleep and shower.

Very nice and cozy place right within the resort. Easy to get to with lots of space. Cleaning could be better. There was dust and bottle of water under the sofas and the extra blankets were just thrown in with the water heater.

The Timber’s were nice, the only complaint is the parking. We were told two cars would fit and it was a chore to find a space. Everything else was as advertised!

The cabin is exactly as seen in the photos. If you are skiing at Sugar it is a great location. The beds are all comfortable. It is two stories, with two double beds downstairs and a master upstairs. Everything worked, appliances and TVs. We has a great time and would stay here again.

Although this seems to be an older property, it is in great condition. It was very clean and comfortable. It had ample space for our family of four. The two bedrooms are on different floors with a spiral staircase separating the two. Both levels had porch access. There was a convenient designated parking spot for one car. I would not recommend it for small children due to the spiral staircase and I would not recommend it for more than 4 although there is a pull out sofa allowing room for more. The den and kitchen space are very small. It had all our family needed for a cozy getaway. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.

As Advertised!
This is not the fanciest of places but it was clean, comfortable and inexpensive. A little old fashioned by today's standards but you do have to go by the management company office to pick up a key - not a big deal though as it's pretty close to where the property is located. The only real negatives I have to say about the property is the lighting in the bedroom upstairs is awful with one of the lamps acting like it was on a timer and would turn off periodically, the frying pan needs to be replaced as it has some sort of blue substance all over it and the parking kind of turns into the wild west! Apparently no one cares about parking in their designated spots.. All in all thoughm I would stay here again.

Great place to stay very friendly check in and out. Walking distance to slopes but not in ski boots. They were working on the WiFi so it should be better now. The dishwasher didn't work for us and the place has some age on it it could use a makeover. The beds we're good the fireplace was warm. I would stay again.

Beautiful, practical place for local hikers and skiers
Location is easy to access. clean place, also easy to keep clean. Small but adequate kitchen for occasional small meals. 5 stars.

Nice Mountain Getaway
We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The cabin was cozy, but had plenty of space for our family. It's in a very convenient location too, close to activities and nearby restaurants.
I wasn't impressed with the property management company. They gave us the wrong wi-fi code and it takes up to 30 days to get a deposit back. I would recommend they get a keyless entry system too so you don't have to go to an office to check in/out.
