Right in the heart of Boyne City! Can’t get any closer to the shops, restaurants, bars and parks. Clean and well appointed, the balcony has lake views. Eric and Sherri communicated well and made sure our needs were met. Overall a great place to stay!!

This condo is located conveniently downtown Boyne City within walking distance of several great restaraunts, the lake, and many neat businesses. It was a comfortable refuge. I enjoyed being able to see the lake every morning from the deck.

Skipped the Boyne Mountain lodge for first time and No regrets! Hosts have a beautiful place and building is in the perfect location to walk to everything. Sleeping arrangements great for our family of 4. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, plenty of room to spread out. Unit is super quiet, updated nicely , covered parking ,nothing but great things to say! Would definitely stay again.

This space accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. 3 beds with 3 full bathrooms was amazing. Loft above does have a large blind that closes which was a perk as I thought it was just going to be an open space.

Sheri was always accommodating, available and amiable! Property has a convenient downtown location with lovely views of Lake Charlevoix. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings, impeccably clean interior, quiet and extremely well kept building. Icing on the cake: Christmas decorations throughout the apartment! Perfect Accommodations in perfect location
If you are looking for accommodations with all the comforts of home, with a million dollar view right in the heart of Boyne City, literally just steps from all of the shopping, restaurants, festivals, etc. yet in a quiet building, this place is for you! Top floor corner unit with elevator access, amazing hosts. Highly recommended, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely rent this unit again!

Great hosts-excellent and easy communication. The condo was perfect for our family ski weekend in Boyne. Great location-loved the restaurants being nearby and the ski hill was only a 10 min drive. Super cozy and everything we needed! Thank you for extending such great hospitality:)

Excellent as always
This is our third stay and everything was great as usual. We were here to ski and the weather was brutally cold one of the days. Sheri was so kind and extended our checkout to later in the day so we could ski on what turned out to be a much better day. Thank you for the kindness. I highly recommend staying here.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect and you can walk everywhere. They have everything you can imagine in their unit that you would need for your stay. 10/10 on cleanliness.

Never disappoints!
We have been coming here with our in-laws for about the last 3 years. We absolutely love this place! All of the nice little touches and the bottle of wine and coffee, et cetera, are amazing. Eric and Sheri are so great to communicate with if you need to. We rent for the next year on the drive home !

Love being in the city with short drives to other locations We were there for a family wedding that was amazing at hotel Walloon The property was everything we needed the only issue was loft very very hot even with fans but certainly didn’t ruin any experience and we would rent again
