This Carriage House sits above the garage & is a full house in itself. The decor is all modern farmhouse. All new furniture, mattresses, beds, bedding, towels, you name it! The carriage house has 3 bedrooms. One king on the main floor, and two queen bedrooms upstairs. Each has a closet with hangers and a bench for your suitcase. All the mattresses are brand new Zinus, with microfiber bedding and new pillows. There are two full bathrooms. One large full upstairs with shower, and a smaller bathroom with shower on the main level. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, toaster, griddle, coffee maker, more.... We also have a dining table, TV/electric fireplace wall, and a stackable washer and dryer/LG washtower. Comfy sectional seating in the main family room, where you can cozy up to watch a movie. We have wifi as well, & a desk area upstairs. There is a balcony to look out over the water, and a folding table/chairs for that (located in front hall closet). This house has a separate entrance on to Elm Street. The location is hard to beat. Just a few short blocks and you are in the middle of downtown Boyne City. Enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and fun events Boyne City has to offer, all within walking distance. Boyne City is a short drive to Petoskey (20 min), & Charlevoix (30 min). Boyne mountain is about 7 miles away. The public beach - offering swimming, sandy beach, volleyball, tables & grills, and restrooms - is right across the street. Hiking and mountain biking available a mile away at Avalanche Mountain. The view from the top is breathtaking!! Have your own boat?
