The space was perfect for family time—large living room, dining room, kitchen and ping pong in the basement! Only issue was with cooking—stove/oven not working right. It’s an old house, so the upstairs is out of level—one can get used to that, though. Kids were disappointed with no tv, but that makes for better conversations! Boyne City had a lovely Christmas parade and everyone was so friendly! Will definitely consider coming back again!

Heather was great and very responsive! The house was well suited for a larger group of adults/couples with multiple separate bedrooms. The kitchen was also great for a larger group allowing everyone to gather and cook at the same time and be together. Great outdoor back patio space too where we ate just about every night and a yard for our dog! Loved that dogs were allowed for a very reasonable fee! Great location only two blocks from beach and a few from downtown Boyne City as well as close to other cities, Charlevoix, Petoskey, etc that allowed us to take easy side trips! Would definitely stay here again!

The place was in a great location to downtown. We walked to the downtown restaurants. The place had enough space for everyone, and it felt like home.

This house is large and spacious. We loved the location to town and enjoyed the small beach across the street!

Property is clean and roomy and was great for our family. We had other family members at other homes in the area and we gravitated to this one because of the comfort and the room it provided. Kitchen nicely supplied with dishes and utensils. Great yard for our grands. Outdoor space was great for gathering and conversing. Will be looking to stay here again next year.

Was in town for a friends ski weekend. There was plenty of room in house for us to hang out. Would recommend this as a place for anyone to rent.

Charming home in a great location of Boyne City. Close enough to walk or bike to a beach and to town. Home was clean and very comfortable. Heather was patient with my many questions and very responsive. My only suggestion would be to put window AC units in all the sleeping areas. It was quite warm the week we were there and even with the many fans provided, it made sleeping difficult for those who were in rooms without AC. I'd stay again if Heather can put up with us!

We are repeat customers for this home. Very welll kept. Very good bed and room arrangement for a group of 10 adults on a ski weekend.

The house was roomy and comfortable. We had 9 people for a weekend of skiing, and it worked well. The pingpong table in the basement and the board games were a definite plus for the weekend.

We came for the weekend for Boyne spring Carnival held every march. We arrived and found the property to be very clean and well kept. Everything was very nice and tidy including the kitchen and dishes. It was a giant improvement over the very poor home we rented at Blue Mountain, ON 2 weeks before. The property information could use better photos showing the bedrooms in the house and amenities. It's a much nicer house inside then the information here really shows. The futon is in the basement and is really an additional large private room that has an additional bathroom not mentioned in the ad. The house really has 2.5 bathrooms, not 2 bathrooms. One note is that the house doesn't have a TV if that is important to you. It was not for our group as we spent the whole weekend skiing or going out at night.

This house worked out well for our two families and dogs. There were plenty of bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a basement that was perfect for staging our ski stuff. It is easy walking distance to downtown Boyne City and had an awesome fire pit in the back yard. Upon our arrival the house was very clean and ready for us! We would definitely go back!
