Come to keep Maui Strong! See you soon. E Komo Mai! My 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor end unit condo is spacious and quiet. Located at Kihei Bay Vista C208 is a small boutique resort across the street from Kalepolepo State Park and The Pacific Whale Foundation. Turtles come on shore at night at the park to sleep. The condo is located within walking distance to two restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for great fish and sushi. Bamboo flooring in living and bedroom, stainless steel appliances, queen-sized bed and full-sized futon with 7.5" memory foam make for at-home feel. The lanai over looks the manicured gardens and crystalline pool, a perfect spot for morning coffee or afternoon refreshments. The complex is well lit giving you a safe arrival. Catch a whale watch cruise from Maalaea Harbor (during season), just a 10 minute drive form our property Make your friends jealous. Selfies on a Zip-line through a tropical plantation, snorkeling with turtles or at 10K feet above it all on top of Haleakala! Maui is our home. Contact us for more Maui activity ideas. We can make suggestions; whale watching, island hot spots, dine with celebrity chefs, car rental and seasonal events. I recommend booking your last night of your stay if you have a late flight. It is much easier to leave from the condo rather than wonder where to sit all day until your plane boards. What guests have been saying: "clean", "centrally located for Maui sightseeing", "close to shopping and restaurants", "quiet, safe and secure". Recommendations: I would rent a car. Bring snacks and drinks, picnics are the way to enjoy every day's excursion. Beaches: Sugar Beach is one of the best on Maui, across the street and 6 miles of white sand awaiting your footprints. Located in Kihei Town, 20 min. from Kahului Airport (OGG). Refund Policy: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will receive a100% refund. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they will receive a 50%. Otherwise, there is no refund. It’s that time to say…A Hui Ho to my island Maui. My family enjoyed our time here. The unit provided everything we could ask for….clean, good location, amenities such as a pool, bbq area, beach right across the street where you could see many turtles.
I’m very impressed with Kevin our host as he made sure the unit was ready to go. Kevin provided that local aloha vibe and checked in on us periodically to see how we were doing or if we had any questions at all. I loved that.
My family and I were able to have dinner on the balcony and take in the smells tropical flowers and the fresh ocean smell. My son truly enjoyed the pool time, too. It was perfect for the three of us as my wife and I slept in the bedroom while my son slept on the pull out futon. Kevin also provided a cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards that we definitely took advantage of.
Thank you Kevin for letting us stay in this beautiful condo and for providing your warm aloha. We will definitely stay here again — no doubt about it!…until then Maui… Aloha!!

Loved our stay in Kihei! The place was nice and clean, the host was super communicative and kind, and we had a great time. We got rained out of some of our plans but we didn't mind staying in at the Vrbo :)

We stay at this property regularly - over the years we have probably stayed in most of the available units- and this is hands down the nicest unit. Well updated, quiet, working AC, and a comfortable bed and couch bed.

We just returned from our 8 night stay at this property. I’ve stayed in many properties through VRBO and this was by far one of cleanest most organized ones ever! The area was convenient to everything Maui has to offer, and with a great beach right across the street! The pool and hot tub were well maintained and always a nice way to wind down after a long day exploring. Kevin is a great host, communication was excellent. He reached out the day we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate to stay here, I would definitely stay again!

From the point of booking, everything went smoothly with our stay. Kevin was always prompt in responding to our questions. We contacted him after the fire to make sure it would still be appropriate for us to come. He alleviated our concerns and encouraged us to still come as tourism is so important to the island. The check-in information was clear and easy to follow. The condo was perfectly furnished and well stocked. We loved the location being directly across the road from the beach. The road is a main road north and south along Kihei and the beach but the condo sits far enough back that you never hear any traffic. The pool is right at the bottom of the steps. We used the pool and hot tub every day. It was never too busy or too loud. We loved the eclectic vibe of Kihei. There are tons of restaurants and shops and something for everyone. Kevin provided us with a list of recommendations for where to eat and things to do, which was very helpful. He also let us know where to find sea turtles (Kalepolepo beach across the street!) My only regret with our stay is that we didn't plan to stay longer.

When we arrived, the TV was not working properly (no YouTube, etc.) In all of our communication, Kevin, the owner, seemed helpful and responsive. All of his messages ended with "If you need something during your stay, please let me know, I live 5 min. away." So, with this in mind I tried to contact Kevin. A once responsive owner, was now silent. After messaging, and calling several time, Kevin finally called back.
Now, the carefree, helpful, mahalo facade revealed a very rude individual. After an unnecessarily long conversation about the TV problems, where I was lectured for watching TV in Maui (Hey, its my vacation, and I'll do what I want), he reluctantly came over to fix the problem.
While Kevin was working with the TV, my wife was in the kitchen making dinner. She had been noticing how dirty the condo was. She had already swept the sandy floors. While preparing dinner she noted that most of the dishes were dirty and needed to be washed before use. This level of dirtiness is with a VERY EXPENSIVE cleaning fee!!!
I'm okay with paying a cleaning fee, so long as the VRBO is clean. Why are we paying a cleaning fee, if we have to sweep the floor upon arrival, clean all of the dishes before use, and then take out the garbage and wash all of the linen before checking out? What are we actually paying for? NOTHING!
Upon mentioning this to Kevin, he became very angry, yelled at us to get out of his condo. He said we had 5 minutes to pack and kicked us out!

Kevin’s condo was great, clean, and plenty of parking. Check in process was easy, having a washer and dryer was great. We love the pay it forward system, previous guest left drinks, and we left coffee and drinks also. The condo is in a great location to visit Maui, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

We spent one night in this location on our short stay on Maui. It is conveniently located close to the airport and to the start of the Road to Hana, which is why we were on Maui to begin with. The beach and restaurants are also close by. The condo was clean, furnished with everything a family would need for a day at the beach, and the check in process was flawless. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Kevin called me b4 we even left and calmed my fears about sharks.. i never met the guy but he was just awesome and we are soo very appreciative for having such a beautiful place to stay at. Our 1st trip there we were at the worldmark 🙄 do yourself a favor and stay at kevins condo instead!

Kevin was an amazing host! The property was GORGEOUS and lovely! The bathroom was great, balcony for sunset was wonderful, pool and hot tub about 10 steps away. Kihei was also the best spot to stay in terms of location between things to do and an adorable town. Stop scrolling and book this place!
Ps. Absolutely go rowing with Kihei rowing club, and walk across the street from the property for the best sunset view and to see turtles playing in the morning!!

This condo was great, everything was perfect for our stay. Kevin even provided restaurant suggestions which were also spot on. I left a few beers in the fridge for the next guests as another had done for me upon my arrival. 5 stars all the way.

We had a great week in this unit. Even before we arrived, the owner was involved and responsive sending us a list of his favorite things to do in the area. We were also fortunate enough to be allowed to check in a few hours early, which was convenient following an early morning flight.
The unit was clean and has obviously been updated. The kitchen has most of the comforts of home and there were many “pay it forward” offerings. The property is fairly quiet and the grounds were well maintained. This unit was centrally located which made it convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Bottom line: We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly stay here again.

We absolutely loved it, it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay plus more.
The garden around the property is stunning and we loved having a pool and hot tub so close to the unit. Couldn't have asked for a better place.
